I also have a Blackhawk, and I am attempting to break a club altitude record. I have been looking into different ways to make a tail cone for mine, but I am struggling to come up with something I like/ a way to attach it. How did you make yours and how is it attached? It looks great!

I did the exact same flight and lost it. Never using missleworks again. Came in ballistic. Great flight though.

Not sure I'd point the finger at M/W. It's more likely an electrical connection came loose under 50Gs, you had a bad e-match (did you measure resistance?), or your ejection charges simply weren't adequate at over 20k' MSL. Deployments that high aren't trivial, especially with tiny 1.6" tubes. I ground tested this particular rocket more than any other rocket I fly!

Yes DD with an RRC2+. Homemade, research tailcone.
