I really like this game. The first thing that jumps out at me is the attention to the needs of the plants. I garden here in the Sonoran desert, and I am very familiar with the idea that not every plant likes to be in the sun all day. Also, that "Full Sun" really means 6-8 hours of direct light.

I genuinely really appreciate the way you title videos, I know what genres and themes I like and it makes it SUPER easy to browse your channel for games that I'll love. THIS is DEFINITELY one that excites me. I love games that incentivize making the landscape nicer, and the steam page says there will be ways to decorate and dig out water channels to irrigate your plants too. "re-greening" games have got to have some kind of genre/theme name coined for them, they can be hard to find. Thanks for helping me find this one!

I found dinkum to be boring, I like the concept but found the artstyle terrible and didnt like how a lot of stuff was locked behind waiting for rng npc visitors so you can get started with specific aspects of the game like farming for example.

You would really love Vintage Story. You search for wild plants, and plant the seeds in your farm. There's 4 types of dirt having to do with fertility levels, and you have to account for nutrients, water, and temperature, as well as animals that might eat your crops, and crop rotation. You can plant stuff in the winter, as long as you've built a greenhouse. There are grains, vegies, and fruit. You can also keep livestock for meat, eggs, or milk, and keep bees for honey and wax (for all sorts of uses). All of this is before you actually cook your food in clay pots you need to mold and fire, as well as seal and store underground so it lasts longer.

Pangolins are in Ferae, much closer to dogs and cats than anything in Xenarthra. Yes they are mammals. Because of their higher body temp they will not carry leprosy

Just grabbed the demo, and you totally can. That actually the entire point of the game. You can eventually get the ability to enchant more water stones like the oasis has, and use them to create what are essentially wireless extensions to your main oasis. Eventually you can also plant trees and transform them into "Meadow Mothers" that will convert arable land around them into a meadow, allowing you to plant oak trees.

What I loved for my 5hrs+ is no handle holding. I actually missed the thing about reflection, LOL. Also Splat, those boulders you were near you can simply climb them ala Zelda BOTW style. Its is a really fun game.

Pangolins are mammals from Asia, and an endangered species IRL They are plated animals that eat insects and have powerful claws that can break concrete. They are bigger and more dangerous than Armadillos, they are the size of dogs. They are surprisingly docile when left alone. I've watched videos of them.

In all survival games i have one key rule i call the rule of water, no water no base not every game requires you to have water but the ones that don't often have something valuable near the water, in ancient times humanity has followed the rule of water and so to all survival game players always respect the rule of water!

Alternate ending: Vidyas was destroyed and spread across the land because he was an evil entity wanting to destroy the world. You are helping him defeat the guards that keep the fragments separate. He helps you build the lands because he lost his memory but once he is fully restored it wont matter how much you did to fix the world because he will end it.
