My 1990 zx6 has an oil cooler on it stock. Never understood why they ditched it back then just to bring it back lol

Have the same bike. Not sure why you fitted a full system when currently there is no tuning package around. The bike would be running worse than with either a stock system or just a slip on. I decided to just go with a slip on for now and got Bonamici rearsets, ASV levers, carbon swingarm covers, frame guards, sprocket cover, hugger etc. Also the mirror blanking plates (I've been on the lookout for some for the 2021) aren't right - there is a decent size hole on your front fairing on either side for water entry around your dash.?

Bike runs like a charm and with much more power due to many factors including current elevation and air pressure of my location. Stock system is extremely restrictive.

What RPM do you currently have your shift light set at?

The bike is incredibly fast, but you have to take into account that the ecu for these bikes cannot be flashed YET…once they can be flashed like the gen 5’s we can get the full power out of them. Even without the flash it’s a beast tho.

So is the Gen 6 handle bars keeping you in a more upright position vs the Gen 5 or are you leaned over more?

The bars imo. Are farther forwards and lower down. Causing you to be more in a tucked position like the r6.. to me (6'0 273 Lb) it was very uncomfortable compared to my 2011 R1.

Hey bud, I’ve heard conflicting stories but what about a 3/4 system from a gen 5, some say it fits some say it doesn’t. The clamp placement looks different to me from pics. So just wondering if you know for sure if a 2016-2020 3/4 system fits. Thanks man
