The Chicago Bears won't develop Caleb Williams very much, what you see is what you get right out of College when it comes to the Bears organization drafting QBs. Sid Luckman, Jim McMahon, Jay Cutler are the greatest Bears QBs of all time, the Bears should give signing veteran QBs a try, it worked with Jay Cutler.

The thing is it really depends on how the teams in each franchise for each sport play upon the draft. Certain teams look for superstars and free agency, others tend to develop and go young. Getting 2 players in nhl; nba, etc in a draft high up can change a team.

I agree about the Chargers, but not just because of a weekend.... I believe the coach, DC and strength and conditioning coach will have a bigger overall impact than one superstar rookie and a few quality starters on day 2 and 3

I’m a Houston fan of all franchises.. when The Texans hit turmoil I was distraught and disappointed immensely that I didn’t want to watch football for years to come but still did because of the my HUGE love for Texans.. but one thing the he says that is true is a perfect example of the Rockets…. So dysfunctional and has no direction for years to come… Wasting Great Talent in Senguin Eason Smith and Green… made desperate signings and basically told the fans we just tryna fill seats for the seasons to come.. Rockets are not tryna win anytime soon… and the owner GM HC all of its dysfunctional and I know there is no communication between any of them… what the Rockets did and are doing rn made me sooo frustrated that I ended up hating the sport itself.. So yes picking the right people does have a Huge contribution on franchises and the turn around in other sports take wayyy longer than Football… It’s why I think all other sports are mediocre and I don’t follow them as much as I do the NFL and NCAAF….
