The Wall Street journal reports Fox News is now pushing to settle the defamation lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems. Steve Krakauer says Fox News doesn't want the embarrassment of going to trial and Dominion isn't willing to roll the dice either.

The assertion that $1.6 billion is "a problem for Domino's case" is demonstrably bull. It's not a problem at all and you know it. It has no bearing on what they're worth, and they could easily get a more reasonable amount, and THEN be awarded much more in punitive damage. This is low-key slanted journalism which might be expected, but is no less disappointing.

Fox has not reported on their own case, and part of this settlement should be that they are required to make hourly statements (pre-scripted) for two weeks straight to clarify exactly what went down to all of their viewers.
