Correct from a distance but the other side of the room had a bad leak through the ceiling, cupped and planks, would be worse to leave them, I will detail it in a long form

Am getting a little 2 old to be lifting the lagler like that mate 😂 30 yrs doing floors in my prime could lift 2 of them 😂😂 plenty left there in the floor. What you start off with 60g or straight on the 80g paper as looked pretty flat at least 2 more sands out of it 👍👍

Its a very old floor it would be solid wood so not a problem

If you sand too much you'll eventually hit the tongue and groove and it'll start splitting

You should be taking off as little as possible to begin with anyway. A matchstick thickness is a lot to play with when your sanding (what like two to three millimetres but you had just a cock hair more than that). It’s a soiled wood floor not a half/quarter millimetre veneer. You’re not planning or thicknessing. If the floors been sanded multiple time’s and done properly, you shouldn’t have to worry. You wouldn’t of taken the job and this short clip wouldn’t exist, if you think you couldn’t of done it in the first place.

Bloody hell man you should be a private investigator! But yes ya got me! Haha I'm building the story, otherwise I'm just another floor sander aren't I! 🤣 it seriously only had 1-2mm left though. Which most competent pros can handle, but one wrong move andddd it's too late!

@ I do a little bit of cabinet work nothing much. It’s annoying when people say sanding is boring but your the complete opposite and a bit more.
