Will I lose my hair because of lung cancer?

come oil my hair with me for a few minutes :)
When I was diagnosed with lung cancer at age 28, I thought that I would lose all of my hair. Not all cancer treatments are the same, and in my case I actually didn't lose all of my hair. My hair was definitely brittle and my scalp was super itchy... but I'm currently on a journey towards reviving my hair to the way that it was.
