G, day Mate, greetings from here on the West Coast side of Australia 🌏 , bush mechanic central. Your work is incredibly amazing, over here we're surrounded by abandoned vehicles from the earlier era, many just sitting out there in the Outback, perfectly preserved, no salt, little water, lot's of sun. To think of the number I have driven straight past, if only we had this technology back then, you're a real inspiration, more power to ya. All the best regards. Looking forward to seeing your new episode.

My first car was a '75 Monte Carlo with that same 350 c.i. 2-bbl. She was metallic dark brown with a tan landau top accent lines. She had the factory Chevrolet slotted wheels and looked really sharp. The old vinyl tops were notoriously bad for getting rust under them and I'm sure she ended up looking like this one. It would be so cool see one restored or drive one again. I see '74 and '76 models occasionally but haven't seen any 75's on the road since I parted with mine. A few years ago, I saw one sitting on blocks in a yard down in Aiken, SC. I'd sure love to restore one of them and the car I traded it in on, an '81 Z-28. Those were the days for me.
