done loads of these first take bung out of timing chain cover and see if it's turning with the crank/ if not fit cam followers and chain kit job done.

The cam lobes can move on some engines if a chain or belt breaks because the cam lobes are pressed on not cast as one piece

the mileage tells me the problem with out even opening the bonnet car's are like washing machine's now they've got a built in self destruct as soon as the woranty is up 80k is all a cam belt or chain will do

chain kit and rockers 9 times out of 10 fixes these have done a few , sump off to get timing cover off . bga full timing chain kit only £60

Them engines are very common there in fiat duplo vans to ........salvage rebuilds have done loads a vids about how and why they break!!!

remove the rockers so all the valves are clossed, put the injectors back in turn over to see if theres comprestion with all the valves shut if so new lifters and chain kit. it a shit job to do iv done one before.

Marcus I have a 2016 combo that I bought a month ago and now there’s bluish white smoke coming out the exhaust every couple of days or so and when it does the engine doesn’t respond very well when accelerating, I’m trying to get some info on what it could be before I head back to the garage and tell them to get it fixed
