Dude! 50 years ago when my dad was on a ski team, my grandpa cut a saucer (disc) out. We've been riding them for years! (no bindings) My dad used to ride them on/with a ladder! Never occurred to me to try and surf it! Home Depot here I come for a blem piece of wood...... Great channel! keep it up. ~Ryan.

I've tried the disc once at a cable park, it's fun but ain't easy at all, and yes it's super duper light speed fast, it wants to go faster than the speed you're actually moving, basically it's as unpredictable as my old school skimboard (DIY, made out of plywood that was lying around ), keep on with the good stuff!

The United States is just like seeing developed parts of Europe back in the 70's, and that's a little funny, because when I first visited the states more than 30 years ago, it was like entering my own country in the early 60's. It seems that you have only developed about 10 years in the last 30-35, compared to the more modern parts of the world.

It is not only about what we have, but also about what we dont have or dont want any more. Like large square-shaped machines that run on fossil fuels, and old gray roads with pot holes. And you even have loads of poor peole living in your streets. I have actually never seen that in my country, where everybody have their own money to live a decent life from. The build quality of everyday things you use looks very old-fashioned seen from a rich and updated nation. I know for a fact that we have never built such bad quality houses, for example, or the fact that you drive a huge 70s style truck with a steering ball, in a time with mostly electric cars for private use and trucks with power steering for more professional cargo drivers, on our roads in modern developed countries. No young people would drive something like this here, and if someone would buy similar retro products like this, it would still be with electric driveline and updated technology. Where I live, steering ball has not been allowed for many many years, because cars evolved from this need back in the early 80s. Where are all your modern electric cars and other updated technology? In my country, for example, more than 65% of all new private cars sold are electric, and its been this way for years (mostly Teslas and Jaguars, but also less expencive ones for short range commuting to work). It seems to me that you have a very long way to go before you are at our level of modern tecnologi use in the United States, and it seems that you did not learn anything from the oversize-fashion flopp of the early 80's ... -Or maybe you are about there now?..

Hahaha my house is 70+ years old and still standing just fine, I currently drive a Prius mostly. I’d say the most popular car is probably Tesla right now. Tesla’s new factory is being built in Austin right now... Texas is huge and a lot of roads are made of asphalt, this is not in the city. As for my truck I bought it used off a guy for cheap to tow the boat. Yes it has power steering, the steering ball is just there for fun. You have no idea what you are saying 😂 These new age cars like Tesla and new boats like this are manufactured in the USA... not Europe.

I know this, and I have actually been around Texas. I have even been to the Colorado river in Austin, where you often make this vids. This video looks like it's from Mary Quinlan Park, and I know they've paved the public parking lot out recently . Very nice bend of the river actually. That most products are made in China does not mean the chinesse people in general are modern consumers. It seems to be the same way for the USA. They stil have some updated products made in the usa, but most of the poor americans cant aford to buy them anyway. That is why I am telling you my view.
