For a woman to display this level of disdain for a man, Will Smith must have hurt Jada so deep that she can't get past it. I don't think it is money that is keeping Will from divorcing Jada. It is fear. Jada knows where all of the bones are buried. Jada doesn't want Will, but she wants to control him. Will has moved on with his life and is happy. Jada is miserable with all the wealth money can buy. The book was written to get Will's attention and to let him know that this is a precursor to what Jada will reveal if Will doesn't step back in line. Neither are victims, but Jada thought the book would gain support, but instead, Jada continues to be displayed as a villain and Will the emotionally abused husband. Will had to do damage control to help once again, Jada's train wreck. My advice for Jada is to get a real therapist to gain self-worth and stop acting like a diary of a mad black woman. We've seen that movie, and I did have a happy ending. I hope the same for Jada. Punishing Will publicly is not going to gain anything but more negative opinions about Jada. Jada is "worthy" of all the negative press she is getting because seeking revenge against a man who doesn't want you is not the answer.

As a couple they can have any non sensical agreement in the book, but i completely see your point, WHY would they PUBLICLY share intimate details no one asked them about? who named them the go to source of enlightenment when it comes to relationships? nothing about their dysfunction is healthy, but Jada loves to pretend that what she's doing is a service to humanity, and Will is loving every second of her making him look like a complete FOOL for some strange reason. At least they should take notes of how much the public is rejecting their dynamic and just keep it to themselves, but they seem to love the negative press too, they're delusional at this point.

What Will is doing psychologically is shielding himself from a devastating loss by keeping up with the charade. He has invested so much of his life and himself into Jada.... and, yet, has lost SO MUCH by being humiliated and emasculated. He needs to keep lying to himself because if he confronts the truth... it would shatter him. It would be total devastation for him.. and by the way he is hanging on to her, he knows he would probably not recover from it. Thus, he stands by "his" woman. This is the epitome of denial... because how does he accept that she doesn't really love him despite all his sacrifice? How earth shattering would that be especially after that horrific slap? I know this because I tend to be a magnet for narcissistic people. I read a book that really help me let go... it said exactly this. We stay because we invested so much... we are just waiting for that pay off.... cuz if we leave now, it would be a loss that is too great to bear. It's about admitting loss and defeat and Will being who he is... ambitious... he's got something to prove to himself, to the world, and to Jada. Poor guy.

I also think a possible explanation is that Jada is resentful about Will’s homosexual past and is on a kamikaze mission to subconsciously destroy Will. I agree with Stephen A. Will Smoth did something so crazy and vile that he cannot get rid of Jada even though his reputation is already destroyed

Jada is now changing the narrative, after receiving so much negative backlash from talking negative about Will (who is really the star, not Jada anymore).
