When the young woman in Poland showed up and said she thought she was Madie, it took some time before the parents agreed to submit dna. If they thought she had been abducted they would have immediately gone to Poland, just on the off chance. They didn't do anything for awhile; they knew Madie was dead.

Infamously the same dog was deployed in the Haut de la Garenne case, the EVRD dog alerted to “human remains” that turned out to be a piece of coconut shell. The Gaspar statements were about their suspicion of Payne not Gerry McCann. They’d regularly met up with the Mccann’s at their children’s parties. Amaral did not prove his conspiracy was right but that he has freedom of expression to publish an opinion. Amaral is a convicted criminal, convicted of falsifying evidence in another missing child case and given an 18month suspended prison sentence. You’re dealing in misinformation.

Their actions and interviews have more holes than a chunk of Swiss cheese, including Gerry answering to a question about how the cadaver dogs had signalled in the apartment with a sneering and sarcastic...'you better ask the dogs'! Apparently, from one of the documentaries it was claimed that the parents had been given the keys to the local Church, which had a crematorium in it! Here's my take on it. Madeleine died on the first day of the holiday. Which is why there are no (REAL) family, holiday snaps. She died violently. Hence blood. The body was kept in the fridge to hide it. That's why McCann replaced the fridge. How the hell does anybody know where the local dump is? And how the hell, when you're on holiday, does anybody know where to go to buy a replacement? Hence, they had help. They put the body in the MISSING blue sports bag, and initially hid it in the church. To be retrieved at a later date. Hence. They had help. Somebody took the bag, and concealed it. Then, a few weeks later, they returned to collect the body, in the hire car, and arrange for its disposal. Hence cadaverine residue. Buried? Cremated? Dumped in the sea? They probably don't even know. So they probably cannot reveal the location. They don't know it. Now oddly enough, their old friend CLEMENT FREUD lived in the area. And oddly enough, high ranking government officials suddenly descended on the area and took control. From DAY TWO. The connections are child abuse. McCann is an abuser. Had this happened in the US, the parents of Madeline would have been charged with child endangerment and parental abandonment. They would have been arrested and would have lost custody of their two younger children. Why couldn't Kate simply be referring to a person of unspecified gender? Let's assume she was referring to 2 or more people. How logical was that? Put yourself in her shoes, with the same scenario. You leave your young child in a bedroom where the heavy mechanical shutters are down over a window that has 2 panes, one fixed and one movable. The sliding pane is closed. You return to the room, your child is gone, and nowhere to be found in the dwelling. The shutters have been fully raised and the sliding pane opened, leaving an open space approx 2 feet wide. What would you think, gven that the drawn curtains to the unlocked patio sliding door were still in place; and that the child gate at the top of the stairs was properly closed; and you don't think that your child coming to look for you would take the time to stop and properly close both? Would you _not_ think that someone got into the dwelling, and quickly passed your child out through the 2-foot wide gap of the open bedroom window to someone outside? Couldn't it have simply been that thinking that caused Kate to say "they"?

Seems to me Peter Hyatt always overlooks one simple thing when he does his statement analysis of whichever McCann interview: that a person cannot unhear, unknow what experts have already told them, what likely had already happened to their child. That can so easily translate into "guilty knowledge" can't it? Days after Dr Goncalo Amaral (the first of 2 Portuguese judicial police case coordinators in the original 14-month investigation) reached out to UK authorities asking for CEOP's help (Child Exploitation Online Protection Centre), Dr Graham Hill (then without his doctorate) arrived in Vila da Luz to meet with Madeleine's parents. In Dr Hill's words: _I had been sent to Portugal as part of the UK’s (CEOP) response to Madeleine’s disappearance. I was a detective superintendent and senior investigating officer (SIO) with knowledge about predatory child sexual abusers and non-familial child abduction_ . _After being briefed at the British Consulate regarding Madeleine’s disappearance, I met with Gerry and Kate McCann at their holiday apartment and we discussed the Portuguese police investigation strategy and possible scenarios that could have led to their daughter’s disappearance. Understandably, the McCanns were trying to come to terms with the situation they found themselves in_ . _During our discussion, Gerry asked me directly if I thought his daughter was still alive, and I pointed out that if she had been abducted - statistically - she would by now be dead. The majority of children who are murdered after being abducted by someone unknown to them are dead within three to six hours. It was a difficult conversation, but I was struck by how focused the McCanns remained throughout_ .

Not surprising I have friends near Rothley Leicestershire & they said they were swingers often living beyond their means. There big 4W drives were often on lease but it looked good. Very easy to answer There was no evidence of abduction or any intruder. The apartment was locked gerry used his key and told his sister they had locked the apartment. They had to be closed enough not to get done for neglect but far enough for them not to see this so called abduction take place. The McCanns have their own limited company from which they have had millions from donations this atm isn't being spent on Madeleine. Joy, yes, what were they doing there that week ? When I watched the Richard D Hall (I think that's the name, it's been a while) films about Madeleine's disappearance, he said that week the resort town was full of very powerful people. The only one I remembered at the time was someone very high up from Pfizer's (back then I knew the name as they have a factory near where my family live). The long list that we found out included the Podesta brothers, so there must have been some event that brought them all there together. Plus that week was a strange time of year for the McCann doctors to be there with their children as the time of year meant the weather wasn't terribly reliable, it wasn't long hot days on the beach weather. Maybe it was ok if your aim was to play tennis all day and get sloshed with your friends every night, I don't know. I just would have have expected people with their incomes to fly somewhere with much nicer weather for the week, so that always puzzled me.

The police forces including the one in Australia were asked to look over the case files, witness statements (friends that confirmed that they witnessed the parents administering sleeping tablets to their children), etc. The parents reactions, body language and behaviour has been studied. Other issues like the missing tennis bag, traces of blood in the boot of the car are all part of the conclusion. The problem was that the Portuguese Police screwed up and didn't follow proper procedures. They were incompetent. Unfortunately, without a confession or a body, they'll get away with it.

When my children were small and we took them on holiday, we would have a morning by the beach or pool, would take them in, get them showered and then after lunch we would return to the room and they would lay down for a sleep, they would also be out of the midday to 3pm hot sun. After a couple of hours sleep, they would be good to stay up in the evening with us, without being mardy and over tired....were they were, we were, and vise versa. They were never left on their own...while they were sleeping we would sit on the balcony, play chess, laugh, and have our adult conversation time along with an afternoon drink, to while away the time.... They always said that they would not sleep, and I would say okay but just lay down and have a rest, but after 4 hours playing out and swimming in the pool they usually slept. .My three were 3, 4 and 7 when we first took them abroad...never left my children

As Doctors they will know that in the hospital morgue the bodies are frozen to halt decomposition and all the very distinct odours that entails. The analysis of the sample from the boot of the hire car showed signs of DNA from a frozen sample which points to the body being frozen and being disposed of later. This is in the PJ report. I think this poor child died in the apartment in the days before May 3rd, the body was frozen and concealed. On the 3rd of May the abduction was staged which is also the thoughts of the PJ and in their report. Kate did not consider anything but abduction on discovering her child missing which would be a parents last conclusion not their first. The first would be that the child woke and went looking for her missing parents through the unlocked patio doors. My first port of call would have been the large swimming pool between the apartment and the tapas bar. Kate also left the twins in the supposed place where their sister was abducted minutes before to go to the tapas bar, I don’t know any mother that would do that if the situation was true. Mark also did not mention the cadaver dog hitting on Kate’s clothes, the hire car key and the flower bed area below the balcony. Or the pictures of their hire car parked in the McCanns hired villa driveway with the tailgate and doors open for days, I’d love to hear his explanation of rotten fish or the twins soiled nappies causing this. Who leaves soiled nappies in the boot of their car long enough for it to require days of airing? Nobody is my answer. He dismissed these dogs as if unreliable but these dogs had been used over 200 times without any false positives. There is masses of evidence in this case none of it points to an abduction or an abductor in that apartment. The abduction theory all stems from Kate’s initial declaration on May 3rd nothing else whatsoever and it has been repeated so much by the McCanns, their friends and supporters, the UK Police, the UK press and the UK media that people believe it. It is a perfect example of propaganda.

Is not in any forensics report in the public domain, so how would common Joe or Jill Public know? How would anyone else know? .That Madeleine's dna was found under a floor tile or tiles. Not true, for the fact that no dna found under floor tiles could be matched to any McCann from Madeleine's immediate family or to her. [Eta: The then owner of Apartment 5A was the late Ruth McCann, reportedly unrelated to Madeleine's family. According to documents in the official PJ files, 5A was not specifically requested as accommodation by Madeleine's family. Mark Warner Travel company staff allocated that apartment to Madeleine's family.] Understand that for dna to have been found under floor tiles, they had to be fully removed from the floor and bagged and sent to a lab to be examined. Further, make a mental note: The floor tiles that Keela (the CSI dog that was trained _exclusively_ to alert to dried human blood and had no cadaver-dog training) had alerted to behind the sofa were removed and bagged in an overnight task on Aug 1st-Aug 2nd, 2007. No document in the public domain states that during that time the forensics team had also searched the surface of those tiles for biological material. The task then was simply to remove and bag; and not just from the living room but garden too. .That for a fact 15 of _Madeleine's_ alleles were found behind (or underneath) the sofa. -May be true. May not be true- . -Correctly, 15 alleles were found in- Whoops! A major brain fart from me in this section. A knock-on effect of then having just watched the Alan V interview on this channel. My apologies. Folk allege that 15/19 of Madeleine's alleles were found behind the sofa placed by the lateral window in the living room of 5A. Fact is, the FSS's forensics report does not use the term "alleles" it states "dna components". And, fact is, the _only_ place McCann-related dna was found in the vicinity of that window came from Spot 3 on the floor. That was a stain of biological matter that couldn't be identified because (a) it wasn't tested on-site by the Portuguese forensics crime scene team that searched for such spots in the vicinity of that window -- floor, walls, back of sofa & window curtains -- on Aug 4-5th, 2007. And, (b) nor could the FSS's tests determine what that biological matter really was: spittle, snort, sweat etc. (Aside: That the FSS was unable to identify the biological matter of spots due to the nature of the tests it conducted, was something Dr Goncalo Amaral acknowledged in his first Maddie book; in Chap 18 of the unauthorised English-language versions of that book. However, GA went on to say that we all know the biological matter had to have been blood because that was what the CSI dog, Keela, had been trained to find & alert to. My problem with his claim in relation to the living room is that there is no document in the official files that states that Keela had in fact alerted to Spot 3 -- or the floor tile where it had to have been on -- on any date that Keela was brought to 5A. In fact, she wasn't brought to 5A on Aug 4-5th when the task of finding biological matter in the vicinity of that lateral window was embarked upon and Spot 3 found. And, the tiles that Keela had alerted to on July 31st and Aug 1st-2nd were removed Aug 1st-2nd and straightaway bagged. Dr Amaral didn't go into that, creating the wrong impression with readers; most of whom have never bothered to read the official investigative files to any depth.) Low-level dna components from 2 people were found in the first swab taken from Spot 3, that is dry swab 3A; and nothing attributable to Madeleine was found on swab 3B, also from Spot 3, a swab wetted with distilled water. FSS scientists could only develop a partial profile from swab 3A. -However, those 15 alleles also matched 15 alleles in- (Madeleine had a 10-loci STR reference dna profile in keeping with Europol requirements then, but only 19 alleles were recorded out of potentially 20 because she'd inherited the same allele from both her biological parents at one STR locus.) However, swab 3A showed it was McCann dna, and all of the dna components that were found in the mixed sample -- the FSS's forensics report does not record how many or how few -- matched the corresponding dna components in Madaleine's reference dna profile. Since a child inherits their alleles from their biological parents & because the dna was found to have come from 2 people, scientists, upon doing further tests, could not rule out the possibility that her parents contributed to that dna. .That the British dog Keela had alerted to the blood that had those 15 alleles. Not true, as it relates to Spot 3 found in the living room. -in that no document in the public domains states that to be the case- . -Also, the dna came from biological material that was found on the surface of a tile and it was swabbed to transfer the biological material to be sent to the lab- . -This exercise to find biological material on surfaces on and around that particular sofa in the sitting room took 15 hours overnight Aug 3rd-Aug 4th. So no, the dry swab in which those 15 alleles were recovered was not of biological matter found on any of the floor tiles removed 2 days earlier- . -In fact, the biological material could not even be identified, so was unlikely to have been blood or else Keela should have alerted to that floor tile on her visits to 5A- Keela, the CSI dog did alert in the baggage compartment of the McCann's hire-car. (Only she alerted there. Not Eddie the EVRD, the so-called cadaver dog in the case who would also alert to blood. The EVRD was not placed in the car.) The forensics crime scene team present checked the baggage compartment and found 3 areas of interest in 2 sections, and swabbed them. At the FSS, one of those swabs showed 37 dna components from at least 3 people, possibly 5. 15 of those dna components could also be found in Madeleine's reference dna profile. The FSS stated that there were "elements" of her profile that were not unique to her, and the question, which was then unanswerable, was whether those 15 dna components were truly hers or did they appear to be hers by chance. Again, those "dna components" are called "alleles" by many people; and a great number of them claim it definitely was Madeleine's 15 alleles in the boot -- something not proven. See, I'm passionate about the true picture of situations being known, whichever group that benefits; and since much of the misinformation online has come from so-called Justice seekers who have chosen to distort as much of the true picture of things as they can -- and that has been lapped up by anti-McCanners -- I find myself spending time to clean up the onslaught of misinformation they put out. Few seem to have actually wanted to study the PJ files for themselves. They have been happy to be spoon fed. And, in turn, they regurgitate. P.S. There is no proof that Madeleine died in 5A. That's the part they gloss over. Rather, they harp on about there being no evidence found of an abduction, regurgitating Dr Amaral (who was officially involved in the original investigarion for 5 out of its 14 months). Why, if it's truly justice they seek?

One of the parents went to check on the kids and he went to the door and put his ear up to listen, but he never actually went inside to check the kids. Now that doesn't sound right nobody would do that. Unfortunately there was probably an accident however with them being doctors it wouldn't be hard to get medication and the little girl could have took a reaction or even if it was an accident of some kind if they had brought her to hospital or even if she's deceased the doctors would find drugs in her system and the parents would be screwed big time. But Madeleine died in that appartment on DAY ONE. Every part of the McCann story is pure fabrication. I just looked up PHENARGAN. It is a prescription drug, and not recommended for small children. So it is extremely doubtful that they would have it in their posession. Why would they? And it is equally doubtful they would give it to any of their children. That is just my opinion of course.

She would also have had to get through a child security gate at the top of the steps leading from the patio and a gate at the bottom. As an experienced investigator. I was suprisedt to hear Mark, say how incompetent the local police were. Surely, when a cry goes up that a child has gone missing, the first response from the public and the local police, is to look for the child, not immediately think 'this is a crime scene'. Only later would the focus turn to the parents etc. Also the McCanns, were very quick to put forward the abduction theory, not only did they refuse to acknowledge any other possibility but silenced anyone who questioned this theory. Very quickly was this story all over the news, with top PR people being sent to strength the McCanns, abduction story, thus hampering any police investigation. The McCanns, have been very litigious in silencing anyone who dares to contradict them. This is all very spacious. Not being held accountable for their neglect raise more questions. The focus for many years now has not been on finding Maddie but the on the Kate & Gery show.

no sane parent leaves kids that young alone in a resort apt while they go eat/drink......common sense.

She didn't go missing on the night they would have you believe. Find Gerry's blue tennis bag ( possible in the sea ) and you find Maddie. Also they wouldn't have admitted to Maddie dying in the apartment , drowsy on a low dose of Diazepam.....as they may have been done for child neglect / endangerment. They didn't just leave a 3yr old alone , but 2yr old twins. Despite all the noise and screaming ( from Kate and Gerry ) and being picked up out of their cot by strangers.....the twins did not awaken.

She could have been dead a few days also there was no sign of an abduction, they kept changing there stories why did Kate MC cann hide Madeline's toy, when she knew the dogs were coming. Kate MC canns fingerprints were found on the window frame.the dogs were used by the FBI, and had a great record.Williams says the dogs can't speak that's real detective work,,,what a stupid thing to say.why did the MC Canns allow there friends to trample all over the apartment. There was no sign of a break in , they made up a story,, otherwise they would have got jail, there 2 other kids would have been taken off them, there careers would have been over. The Portuguese got it right,, there Guilty.
