Got about $1,500 for a bulging or herniated disk of which the lawyer took half and I got nothing else, so either I had an incompetent lawyer or something….

I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. Obviously I can't speak as to what happened with your other lawyer or if your settlement reasonable without ever having reviewed your case. I wish you the best going forward though. Hopefully you are never in another car accident.

I got into an accident a few months ago, another vehicle hit me head on by directly getting into my lane at a speed rate of 45 miles an hour, I was traveling north and the other person was traveling south, I was transported to the ER, I have about a 8 to 9 herniated and bulging disc including a concussion and other bodily injuries, I am still receiving treatment, as an attorney, would you request that the other party’s insurance pay about their insurance limit? And what ball park do you think I’m in?

I’m in Florida, unfortunately for me , I had reached out to Morgan and Morgan but I didn’t sign any exclusive representations form with a particular attorney with them, I’m on my third different attorney with them, and I got a call from the current one seemingly rushing to get it the case settled and I’m still getting treatment, not to mention I just got my brain MRI results three weeks ago with a 95% TBI.

@@smithlinm4532 these are questions you need to be asking your lawyer. If you are unhappy with your lawyer, you always have the option of choosing a new lawyer. I would at least recommend speaking with your current lawyer first before deciding what to do next. If you do decide to get a new lawyer, you need to make sure it is a FL injury lawyer. Myself and the lawyers at my firm only practice in Kentucky. I wish you the best of luck.
