I think you are by far one of the best coaches I’ve heard. I’ve listened to a lot. You are answering “why?” and explain behaviours of EX’s. You give common sense and grounded answers for actions of both parties. In March it will be seven years of no contact. With this I have evolved into a whole person with my senses back. Im happy but it’s been a process thru time, pain and anguish. I watch your videos bc everything you say is true. How do you know all this stuff? You give complete answers and it clears the brain fog!!!! I’m glad that I found you. It’s making a big difference in my life. Bruh, so I watched yo vids soon we broke up & I went into NC. It’s been 2 1/2months of NC & she just reached out today sending me a picture of my dog & her puppies from 1yr ago. I sent her this 🤙🏿 & she replied that she hopes I’m doing well…… This is the start of her walking back towards me I believe. Not fully sure but I’m definitely in my healing process so I’m not sure what my nxt move should be….

Almost 7 months after the breakup. Our relationship was great, love was still there, he broke up with me because of his mental health... 2,5 months after the breakup, my birthday came...no message from him, now at christmas the same...no message. So I really think, he kinds of forget me.. He got curious 1,5 months after the breakup because he stalked my whatsapp stories daily, but a few months ago he deactivated his read receipt so I dont know now, if he still watches it.

I just want to cry my ex is happy with the girl he Cheated on me with for a long time. I have blocked him and I can't even think about another guy holding my hands. I miss him so much I end up randomly having mental breakdowns anywhere I cried inside a bus the other day.. I cry myself to sleep... Please make a video on how to manage in an environment like going to same gym with an ex who’s giving mixed feelings . I’m really trying to heal and move on. But everyday we see each other at the gym. I love him but he walked out on the relationship with no reason. I was in no contact, he reached out with some chats , when we bumped into each other he asked neutral questions, he views all my chats.. but he doesn’t call and I don’t call too. Currently in 106 days of NC. I broke up with her initially due to her toxic behavior of: Lies, gaslighting, lack of effort, breaking promises, never wrong, emotional immaturity. We dated long distance for 6 years. I loved her dearly but she became extremely toxic and rude to me and I felt unwanted, unloved, unvalued and everything. I offered her an option of reconcile only if she decided to put in effort since she wasn't putting in any at that point. No compliments, no flirts, no sex, emotionally unavailable, avoiding, ignoring, etc. She never responded to it, she invalidated my feelings for the breakup and called them all "excuses" (my reasons), proceeded to make fun of my gender for being a male and having sexual needs, laughed at me and told me to go find another woman to have sex with instead. Her words hurt me and made me cry. I still kept the offer of reconcile on the table, and gave her a week to think. She argued with me for not offering to pay her rent since I spent 5 dollars on myself and not on her, who was unemployed for 3 years and has her parents pay her rent. Whereas I have 2 dead parents and support my older brother and work 7~17 hours daily. I wanted to close in the distance, but I couldn't do it alone, she complained about debt in her bank but never bothered to work. After I didn't offer her money I apologized because I didn't want to fight and understood her pain. I always treated her kindly and never insulted her, despite her harsh words to me. She went and posted online how her dad is the only man who supports her, completely disregarding me for I have done more than her father has ever done.. They don't even live in the same country and barely talk a month. She took me for granted and never saw my value. She said she wanted to be left alone and to "focus on herself". I told her I wish she didn't sever our communication intentionally, but she didn't care and left. (I at least wanted an answer to my offer and to understand if she didn't want to be in the relationship) I told her regardless I would leave her alone and I was sorry to bother. I never forced myself into her, nor her into mine. I do not chase or beg. She was talking to a brand new guy a week later and had sex with him a month later. I found out about it (unsure if she knew) and I was hurt, especially because on the same day that she did it and I found out my grandfather died. I had no words to say and I didn't want to bother her anymore. I gave her the space she asked for and she went to someone new. I unfriended her to save my sanity of what I witnessed, it was hard but I couldn't stare it anymore, so much for "focusing on herself". She vented about me to the new guy and she still never bothered to reach out to contact me. She never told me how she felt about the breakup, never offered to repair the relationship, never apologized for how she treated me or how she made me feel. She never gave me closure, she never had a conversation saying she didn't want the relationship. She only showed hot and cold behavior and I already felt unappreciated and she never respected me enough to talk to me. I think she would take the unfriending personally and I doubt she would reach out. I doubt she would even realize her own actions led to the downfall of the relationship. It's been 3 months and I think she decided to move on, I felt hurt since I loved her, but I can't change people nor can I make them realize my value. Some people just get too comfortable and only like the company and lose interest, or they just take you for granted or take advantage of your kind heart. Ex is 25 and I was 23 at the time, now I am 24 as of last month and no she didn't reach out on my birthday either. (Unsurprisingly) I won't reach out to her because when I asked her to sit and talk, she disrespected me and left. When I gave her a chance, she didn't take it. When I was kind, she was cruel. Knowing her she will probably blame me for everything as always and never be wrong or held accountable and perhaps use that I unfriended her as a reason to blame me. :/

Fluff, man there's a lot you don't know about the nature of women. If you knew, you have incorrectly cultivated your relationship with her. Men and women are the OPPOSITE, get it??? You show care, you chase and do things for her, she's not interested. But if you do less and less, she loves you more. The opposite, get it??? C'mon try to make sense of why this works. If you show that you care, you're FEMININE lol. Ask yourself, what is the likelihood of women being attracted to FEMININE men??? Very low. If you care less and behave in MASCULINE wats without being obviously intentional, she's BONKERS for you. She'd even buy things for you. Happened to me, it can happen to you too. Why do you think women will do anything for bad boys. You don't have to be an a$$hole, just don't be a nice guys like don't do things or simp for her. Also don't be emotional. Think hard and look at how women behave, simply do the OPPOSITE of them and you gave nailed them

In many cases these feelings are external. Meaning they are coming from an outside source. Sometimes its what you did but most of the time its from echo chamber (sisterhood) for women & (the bro code) for men. Both sectors give bad advice.

I guess my thing is this. How is ones ex suppose to feel the emotions of the breakup, wonder about the person they broke up with, and not to mention rediscover their feelings for the person they broke up with. When they have completly surrounded themselves with the opposite sex for hours on end in a daily basis during the no contact phase. At some point, a month, 2 months, or even 3 months, if a person wants to see if there is a chance still for them and their ex to rekindle things do you think they should make a attempt to reach out at some point to break the ice? This has been my biggest question about no contact and my experience as of right now.
