Gloria Vargo NK was never brought in for questioning. She voluntarily went in to be interviewed. Big difference. What evidence in the murder investigation did she destroy? Since she was under no obligation to provide her phone to investigators, but gave it to them anyway, nothing she deleted could be considered evidence in an investigation. So how could it be a crime? I don't know what an ME officer even is.

She compelled Chris to delete all their text messages & pawn Shannans ring while the family was still considered missing. No innocent person would do that. Scott, I respect your experience & opinions and understand you believe Nicole will never be charged based on interpretation of law. The real question we wanted answered, yet phrased incorrectly, was "do you believe Nicole is guilty?" No legalese, just informed human reaction to this crime.

NK deleted all her texts from Chris on August 13th. The day Nk decides to Google Shanann and finds out she is 15 weeks pregnant. Something Chris never told her. So when NK found this out, it was over with Chris . HE LIED, BIG TIME. So any normal person, in this situation would delete everything you had from someone of the past. NK didn't know 2 days later she would find out Chris murdered his whole family. Besides their little love and lust texts were irrelevant to what happened.

I’m still baffled about why they FaceTimed after the murders, (for only a few minutes), and when he told her the beds/sheets smelled, why she wouldn’t ask him the reason why, when anyone else would’ve questioned his actions. Nichol Kessinger FITS ALL OF THE ABOVE! She IS an accomplice! She spent a month planning a life for Chris without his family! She was in the family home multiple times just a month before the murders. She spent 111 minutes directly before the murders on the phone with "the killer". There was an unknown entry into the basement during the murders, her phone pinged in that direct neighborhood as the family was being moved from the home. She received photos of their dumping grounds directly after the murders. She attempted to wipe all electronic data & asked others to do the same. She did not contact Police until she was satisfied her electronic data was gone. She faked her way thru TWO interviews, and attempted to tell Police who they could interview & what they could ask about. Last but not least, she completely LIED about how long she knew of the family, and how deep her involvement really was... Many many people are sitting in prison for life, over someone else committing a murder that they were present for or they knew of & did nothing to stop...& this lady should be NO exception! There is NO JURY in the world that would NOT convict her based on what I outlined above & thats the tip of the iceberg because I am no lawyer by any means! Theres PLENTY to charge her with & PLENTY to CONVICT her on!

Your comments ignore whether the police adequately investigated NK. For example did they pursue recovering deleted texts? Did they interview her girlfriend/confidante? Did they track her activities during the weekend the family was murdered? Obviously there is currently insufficient evidence of NK’s participation in the time. The real question is did the police do their job - before and after CW confessed? I think not. They were too happy to take the confession and close the case. NK should be investigated.

It's just the amount of time chris watts and nk were on the phone together that day, before, during and after the murders. Also, nk and watts were never on the phone together for such long periods of time ,ever, before the day(s) of the murders. They spoke for hours before, during and after the crimes, whilst they had only spoken for minutes on the phone before these crime and after.

It may be the majority but it's far from everyone who believes she played a role. I personally dont see her ever being charged or she would have been a year ago. I feel many just use her & the case for views (Not Scott) trying to string their viewers along & get every drop out of this case before viewers finally quit clicking on their videos. Many channels ONLY discuss the Watts case. I'm surprised by a lot of the comments. I keep hearing that Chris was a follower. He was not. Not when it came to what he really wanted. He's not big on pursuing things he doesn't really want to do like finding jobs, standing up to his mom or caring for his kids. He has to be guided and told what to do and will let others fight his battles. But pursuing sex or women who are hard to get, just try and stop him. He pursued Shanann relentlessly, until her got her. He didn't need anyone's help, in fact he defied his family to get her. When he found someone he liked better, he was quite proactive at finding ways to hide it. And then wasted no time getting rid of his family to obtain his new interest when she showed signs of backing off. So he is capable of acting on his own. It follows that he didn't need NK to kill his family. On the contrary, he thrived on her perception of him as a good man suffering at the hands of a bad wife who'd led them into debt. As for NK's blocking information as confirmation of conspiracy... true, her sang froid in those interviews is startling. However, how can we assume her motivation was criminal when she had an equally powerful motivation to come out of this intact? She was obviously terrified that all those nude pics, dirty texts, complaints about her employer, the affair itself and them association with familicide no less... would ruin her. Would make it impossible for her to earn a living or ever live a normal life again. It's just as likely everything she said and did was done in self preservation. I agree she comes across as cold and self serving, perhaps to the point of being a narcissist herself. But how on earth does this translate in the minds of so many as certain evidence that she killed or conspired to murder a woman her age and two little girls? In what other case have we seen a woman who could function in a highly professional setting...murder or convince a man to murder his family? I can't think of one. Familicide is very rare, thank god. I think Shanann absolutely rocked. I still feel my throat restrict when a video pops up of her rolling her eyes drolly, as her girls run around shrieking at the top of their lungs. I'm so glad I'm not the only one interested in defending her. But I ( like so many Americans) don't like witch hunts or people being tried in the court of social media without due process. It's plain wrong to accuse someone of something so heinous without any proof. Selfishness, body language, tonal inflection, blurry videos, cell phone pings, even the destroying of potential "evidence" is not proof of murder. Not separate; not together. We have an attorney telling us this. We have a team of fantastic law enforcement agents assuring us of this. They won't let this go if there's any possibility of NK's involvement. We don't have to do their job's for them...and we shouldn't.

Another great video. We, Joe Public need to remind ourselves to take the emotion out of the equation when we are looking at crimes. Of course, most reasonable people will see what NK did and how she acted and just feel she is responsible EVEN with what has been said in this video but when it comes to the litmus test (when we apply the law to the facts) as concluded here, there is nothing other than the sense of NK being ‘the other woman who did wrong by Shan’ann’. As for the question of whether NK could be charged with a crime, what about lying to a federal officer as it was later discovered that she lied and misled officers on several issues. Remember that she only came forward to police after she became aware that Anadarko had alerted authorities to the fact that they discovered her affair with Chris due to their use of office email to communicate. Anadarko sent the authorities copies of communications between the two of them as proof of the affair. Only then did she cooperate. Also, her phone pinged near Chris and Shanaan's residence on the day of the murder when she was never near the residence any other time during their affair except when she visited the house one.time when Shanaan was away. The neighbour spotted a grey pickup truck outside the residence the morning of the murder. NK owned such a vehicle as part of a now defunct business NK owned. Also, she destroyed evidence pertaining to the case when she wiped her phone clean of their communications, pics and GPS data. At the very least they should give her a lie detector as well.

I wish people would put the NK obsession to bed. CW does not need to share his guilt with anyone, he is solely responsible and deserves 100% of the guilt to lie on him. People insisting she was either pulling the strings, aided him in some way, or was the mastermind of a larger botched plan quite frankly only go to lessen CW's responsibility, which is disrespectful to the victims as he is rightfully the responsible party. No matter what NK's involvement with CW was prior to and after the crime, CW's actions that day are why those 4 lives ended. I agree, without NK being in his life, I highly doubt this would have happened, but only HE is responsible for that. HIS horrible choices and actions lead us here. Because of the way she conducted herself during the investigation (selfishly, contradictory and all around pretty crappy) most people want to believe she had more involvement than she did, and I understand that. But it's simply not the case. Face the facts people, there would have been SOME evidence of her involvement and that just hasn't happened. If they DO find evidence then she would rightfully face the courts, but until or if that day ever comes, 100% of the responsibility and attention for this crime should be on CW.
