Pete, a stand up leaf mulcher like the Worx or Sunjoe with a collapsible bag underneath makes quick work of piles of leaves.

I spend a good 30-40 hours per fall getting up leaves. That bag would drive me nuts. Just use a tarp.

true that's what my dad made me do as a kid "drag this tarp to the fire pit!" and it was a big ass tarp around a 20x40' tarp full of leaves and pine needles

Good morning Pete. I enjoyed watching you bring the smack down on those leaves. I like the idea of the burrito but I find using the bag on my mower picks them up pretty efficiently. I use the leaves to make leaf mold for my plants and flowers. Either way the tree glitter “leaves” are going somewhere besides the lawn.

I love mine have had it here in Charlotte for over 3 years. The garbage guys will only take the smaller one. It comes in two sizes. It is a great way to get leaves picked up. Highly recommended. great video Pete. Blessings for you and your family for thanksgiving.

Another option for the leaf battle arsenal. I'm a one man army, so I will continue to pulverize then bag via high lift blades with the zero turn.

Got em in the bag, now what, ha ha. Used to do similar with a giant canvas tarp when I had a landscape business. Funnest part was rolling and jumping all over it to smash em down. And, yeah, we called it a burrito then, too.....30 years ago

I don’t necessarily want to get as intimate with the leaves as that. We use the tarp method, when in the thick of the season. I prefer the Arn & Ollie Anderson, tag-team method, with a Tully Blanchard ending. American Dream in action!

I put the mulching plug in my EGO mower and shred the leaves from 3 huge maples, fits in one 64g yard waste tote and about 5 paper yard waste bags.

Looking good! I like the mesh idea. I have worn out couple what is called Bigfoot tarp. Also liked the remark "made sure no neighbors were watching ". They al just watched the video!🤣 Think I might get a couple for the cleanup crew this spring, seems like we get into those types of situations every year.

Hey Pete, they are made here in Charlotte. Our city will only pickup paper bags or these with lawn waste now! I’ve had mine for well over a year and a half and swear by it. Much easier than filling paper bags and only having to drag one bag to the curb. they have a larger size for contractors. I even have a smaller bag by then that I use when weeding

In my town up here in Murphy's law New Jersey, we have to bag our leaves. They don't have a truck that comes by and suck some up, like other towns, they make us bag everything

We just used a 10 x 12 tarp that’s a lot cheaper than that thing drag it out to the front Street and suck it up with our leaf loader a lot easier

Pete....A mature maple??? My backyard maple is only 15 years and its like 5 times the size of that. Also it produces like 10 piles of leaves that size in the fall and growing obviously each year. Its like 50ft tall and probably 30ft wide and its still a young tree, doesn't even have its mature bark on it

Its nice but $80 is a little spendy for a bag, how does it hold up to being drug around. I mean even the heavy duty tarps tear but at least they are cheap to replace this would make me go broke keeping them in working order imo

my honest opinion is that if you have to bag leaves, and they aren't first mulched, you're doing it all wrong. I wasted years bagging leaves, only to get a mulching blade and realize my stupidity
