Good idea with the Foden, Pinz and a Wolf 110 be good as well, guy in the lakes has done well hiring out ex MOD Land Rovers to trundle round the lanes in, realise you'd be on your own land but I think it would be great, not everyone wants to drive a tank! 👍

when fodens were first introduced into service, i got bollocked for taking in ( they called it off road ) onto the verge of the road whilst waiting for a police escort with a 16 ton load of live 105mm ammunition, the vehicles were borrowed from our sister sqn ( 8 sqn rct ) while they were on tour in cyprus. i got bloody roasted when i got back, seems fodens have changed since then

I’d pay to drive the Foden off road 👍🏻

Make it look authentic i rekon, war banged . You have rhe skills and resources to re build it again one day if you need to restore it again

Simple answer? Depends if it’s an F3000 series!🤣🤣 Having to over extend you right ankle for hours on end- shite with cramp in your right leg after a 2.5 hour drive No wonder Foden failed in business

To be fair some of the Volvo buses were the same, B6 Plaxton bodied had the throttle pedal at the most rediculous angle.
