I loved those laser shows at the planetarium back in the day! I used to go to something called Lasarium at the Griffith Park Observatory, esp when they played Pink Floyd, even more so when it was Dark Side of the Moon. Always the classic one to see. Purple looks really good on you!

U2 had the custom stage design from Brian Eno. Phish could have a bigger spread, floor is small regardless. I think they will just customize their set up to include Kuroda. The moment factory who Phish has already worked with was involved in the screens art

So many thoughts about it, pretty much the same as yours. Followed the building of it closely, had high hopes for U2--who I'm pretty apathetic about at this point. But yeah. Like being in a virtual reality headset and the band are ants crawling around on a little slab of concrete. Really questioning how feasible it is for a Phish show, or most live bands. Place seems incredible for visuals and audio, but not the human element of performance that are such a part of Phish shows. Or simply put, "yeah man, I'm with you".

I think Bono owns the scritch. For a residency specifally designed for Actung Baby. I don’t even know if it’s made for other U2 albums. I think they made it specifically like a Pink Floyd dark side of the Moon thing where it lines up exactly with Wizard of Oz. This was May not for fish, but Bono built it with some of his own money because billions what a scritch.

The worst show ever attended is Todd one was at Merriweather Post believe it or not not the Wolf radio show that was my favorite one attended 627, 2010 yes I missed the epic one in 2014 and night one 814 2015 right before Magnaball I saw 815 where they tried to play sleeping monkey and then went into gold instead, I was like this is going to be a shit show literally and it was they had a great Setlist though Setlist is not everything that night proved it they even had my favorite Rolling Stones song and I hate that band not torn and frayed which is my absolute favorite but second favorite Shana light because of the lyrics make every song your favorite tune talk about great lyrics they played Light and sneaking sally, but both were so short everything was not jammed out. None of it was, and so nothing was right. Everything was wrong should’ve been a great show and on paper so was. 815 2009 and 815 2015 we’re both terrible shows it’s like they can’t play on 815 it’s cursed because a Coventry I never even thought about that but I think that actually has some truth to it 814 at Coventry was much better than 815. I saw their last two sets show a 12 and was really impressed and thought Coventry was gonna be way better than it was. I mean a Wilson opener and a Frankenstein a Lawn Boy closer after one of the best sense and subtle sounds. I got a couple good ones 8 to 2022 @blossom had an amazing sense in subtle sounds, but it was topped by 812 2004 and then topped again by one of my favorite all-time show 73003 with love 30 minute plus SASS. At the time I didn’t know hardly any songs except for fast enough for you taste and I knew the songs from the second Setlist, but it was only four songs, but I didn’t know secret smile so at the time I thought I hated the show goes to show you that first impressions and attendance bias can be completely backwards when you were a new Phish Fan. Now it’s one of my top 10 shows. Just like to 2203 my second show I thought it was worse at the time then to 2103, but now it’s clear that it’s the other way around and 222. Even Friday sounded good listen to the Friday on that one and 12 2803 and you might just think the song is great because it has an amazing guitar solo and both but then my worst show of all time comes into play and had Friday as the encore. As bad as party time, Merriweather Post sure was without walfredo. The one party time that I actually like because it was the debut and everybody in the crowd at least in the pavilion did the wave. It was so cool they put their hands back-and-forth and perfect sync with fishmanS, drumming, and almost made up for a terrible foam and I love the song, phone and a terrible Esther and I love the song Esther. It had such a great songs and Setlist. It had oh sweet nuthin’ I love that song. I mean I adore the velvet underground. It’s my third favorite behind thrilling, chilling, and the David Bowie Ziggy album, which is absolute perfection. I’ve listen to that like 30 times the It ain’t easy song being a Christian is absolute brilliance. It reminds me of Tesla and the film, the prestige and how hard it is to get things right in terms of inventions or ingenuity and timing and flow. Of course, my two were shows did not have lizards, but they did have some of my favorite songs like Esther Simple. Etc. OK so 11 2903 is the worst show ever attended and it was in Philly where Trey usually plays really good. There have been some shit Philly shows bud Camden shows are always good. Two of my favorite shows were in Camden 730036709. That sand was epic lizards was a bit sloppy. I’m not gonna lie about my favorite song. I have to be brutally honest, but the page playing with perfect if not treys. And then they teased the Sand guitar solo jam during both Tweezer and run like an antelope, and they debuted joy which has a special place in phrase hard anyway like the song I never needed you like this before which I hate, but the lyrics are really good. It’s a nod and wink or straight up. Dedication to every fan everywhere. I love that the band respects its fans as much as we respect them we really do and are loyal beyond fault and the fact that they came back to do 3.0 has changed everything. Can you imagine if they really did stop with Coventry how sad and how lacking the world would be of such great music of course one point I was still the best 2003 even had some amazing shows in winner, especially and it 715, 719. 721 -23 that lizards and Suzy and birds of a feather Noblesville 727 is under rated at North Carolina or south if I recall. 729 is the show of the tour, of course, but 730 is under rated slightly because I am biased. It was my third show ever and at the time I hated it, but now it is even better than 222 In my mind, even with that son of a mule that piper into weekapaug which was brilliant. That dog stole things and sloth opener. I mean talk about it first set, and then one of my favorite tubes of all time. I literally have the thing memorized now. I could talk about fish all day long and wish I lived a little bit closer to you. I live in Ohio, but you probably respect your privacy. I am not working right now so I have all the Time in the world to talk fish I wish we were closer friends that’s up a 20 but you might consider me a chomper with all this talking. I agree with you on almost every song. I hate Julius and bug more and possum friends also but I for one do you love certain songs you hate like soul planet and ER I am on the fence with such a soul free but I love sentence little sounds, and pebbles and marbles and I wish they bring back rare songs like spices. They only played once songs like Mock song and access me. Mexican cousin, you never know which was about them getting their money stolen by a Mexican cousin no doubt LOL

I’m going to give it a try I for one. Love you too because I’m a Christian so they have a lot of songs that are on the fence spiritually sort of like the movie I am pie where the guy believes in all three of the major religions, and it’s saved by a magic island and pretends like his family are animals with personification. It is a brilliant book and movie. I absolutely adore Ang Lee, his visual style and cinematography if he didn’t win best cinematography that year, Oscar, it’s a tragedy, travesty, etc.. I will watch Achtung Baby and see if I agree with you. I know they should not have released it on Apple for free, but that’s still a very nice thing of Bono and the fab four to do. They will still never be as great as fish for releasing free webcast completely free like they did at Spack recently, and they’ve done it a lot with all those dinner in the movies during the pandemic that was such a sweetheart behavior to pay us back for all the money we give to the wheelhouse, that is their amazing charity the mockingbird foundation. Fish is, of course, the better band, but I have a soft spot for Irish bands, and British bands in general like Pink Floyd, and the Beatles, of course which change music forever even the stones, which I don’t like have to be given props for their loyal fans, and their lasting legacy has the longest touring band ever even longer than the grateful dead, and Bruce Springsteen. I think the E St. band is by far better to me than. The Rolling Stones but
