I have a friend that was vegan, but you described her perfect carb vegan. She was big and would eat candid yams, rice, potatoes, beans and corn in one setting. I hate she had a heart attack. You have to do more than eating bad with vitamins.

I’m a Vegetarian. My dietitian (black woman)took me off of yams , potatoes rice and fruit (yes fruit)and told me to go back to eating my bean soup and kale(I shared with her I ate alot of that when I first started) she told me to only eat berries and to lay off of the pistachios because I was eating them like crazy. She was spot on! Omitting sweet potatoes, white baked potatoes and fruits made me dropped 30 more pounds FAST. Vegans and Vegetarians can still be fat if they are eating too much starch and there are alot of fruits with starch! She told me NO apples or bananas ! Berries and almonds until I reached a certain goal then eat fruit in moderation like everything else.

Yes Tasha you are correct about Kim K. She is doing what my parents call the "million dollar spit in the ocean". It's a million dollar bluff in a nutshell and it's usually done when there's probably cash poor issues and/or there are assets but when liquidated still wouldn't be enough to cover what's needed without ending up in the poor house. So you walk in dressed impeccably, lawyers in tow, wearing a confident smile while carrying a priceless idea with a "doable" price tag. Then you bluff them into a fear of missing out tailspin so they'll hand you all the money you need, but don't have yourself... or unwilling to put up. This is how you use other people's money to increase your personal wealth. It's the smart move.
