Wow, not sure if I would do something like that if that car was mine! We should be really grateful for this video, all the insights and warnings, now I have a better idea of what will happen.

Good follow up. This really supports that the doors are not safe for kids and pets. As someone who as a kid got my hand slammed in a car door, and at 65 haven’t forgotten how it felt, I think Tesla needs to address this issue. We love your videos, please refrain from doing any more stunt work to make them. I really don’t need to see a regenerative braking near a cliff video.

Thanks for reviewing this topic. I have little kids and have been debating which Tesla to purchase and your videos have answered pretty much all my doubts.

Hi Nora. Happy to hear that my videos are helping you decide which Model is right for you. I didn't even think about testing the doors till someone on the channel suggested it. If there's anything else you'd like to know let me know. Thanks for the positive feedback and for watching!

Great video and information. Keep up with the great info! Question: how many days until you got FSD? I am almost 2 weeks in w 97 safety score. Crickets so far..:)
@teslaownersperspective19682 жыл бұрын
Hi Bob. When I read your comment I laughed out loud. My score has not gone over 94! HA! I drive like Ms. Daisy and I haven't reached the 99 or 100 score to unlock the city version of FSD. Please let me know if reach the score. I think my X doesn't like me.....🤣

Can you do a review of the audio and visual systems? Really curious about the sound quality and features. I am waiting on a July 2021 order.
@teslaownersperspective19682 жыл бұрын
Hi Gords. I can try to make a video like that. Im just not sure how the sound quality will come across on KZbin. I'll give it a shot and thanks for the idea!

Thank you for the graphic warning to watch the doors closing for anything in the way. I worry about my dog, who will be the primary 2nd row passenger and entering and exiting the falcon wing doors. Those with kids need to pay attention and now just assume all is well.

Hi Prairie. I havent had my four legged kids in the X yet but that may be an upcoming video.

hello again I'm Humprogamer I haven't been here for a long time Tesla Owner's Perspective I realized that the tesla model x if it protects you from the doors is a good vehicle but you don't know if the front doors hurt??😨
@teslaownersperspective19682 жыл бұрын
Hi Humpro. I did not try the front doors but I have noticed that when they begin to close the doors gain momemtum and I think it would do more harm than the falcon wing doors. You just gave me an idea for a video! 😃

Would you say that the closing force was greater than if a grown up was closing a conventional car door on a passenger's hand?
@teslaownersperspective19682 жыл бұрын
Hi Martin. I think the closing of a conventional door would be much more painful. The force created when pushing the door shut I think would hurt more. At least with the Model X the door closes slowly and when it senses an obstruction it will eventually stop and release. A conventional door wouldn't perform that way.
