We Are in Unchartered Financial Waters! Every day we encounter challenges that have become the new standard. Although we previously perceived it as a crisis, we now acknowledge it as the new normal and must adapt accordingly. Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $380,000 savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate it.

Thats sad you really hurting. But, what about people that don't have a $1000 dollars or living pay check to pay check. And Kamala taking their tax dollars to feed illegals, Medicare and social security. And to mention $25,000 to build a home. Maybe you should give them several grand of that $680, 000 to build them a home. Vote Trump and fix the problem

You have a very valid point, I started investing on my own and for a long time, the market was really ripping me off. I decided to hire a CFA, even though I was skeptical at first, and I beat the market by more than 9%. I thought it was a fluke until it happened two years in a row, and so I’ve been sticking to investing via an analyst

I've tried a few over the years, but I've remained with the well known 'June Renae Matthysse' for approximately five years and her performance has been consistently remarkable. Look her up. She's well known in her field

@Mez555--p3e Yea looks like the $1.50 silver swing dropped out though. And Gold also lost some of the initial gains when the announcement dropped, but it did shortly reach new all time highs. Bitcoin did nothing.

The US fed has nothing to do with gold and silver prices, they don't run the world.

I bought another house in 2023 at a 6% 30yr. My rentals cover all but 300 of the mortgage. I'm looking to refi here soon and most likely save a bit and rinse and repeat onto my 5th. I'm not selling.

Even the pay rate is going up it's not helping either because prices has gone up. Now in my area our utilities has went up again every year they get a raise and ppl are struggling to pay bills and buy food. The Feds needs to cap all utilities after losing my Dad in July. My Mom is struggling to pay the bills plus medical bills aren't helping she is back in the hospital. Crazy ppl can't live own their own they have to move in with others

Rate adjustments have nothing to do with housing prices because we don't live in a country that has functioning economics. There, saved you 20 minutes.
