The game looks pretty unique in the fact that the maps always changing, it gives a lot of replayability imo, playing with friends and the competitive tension def up there. Ps. Keep the vids up watching you grow been cool, very inspirational

I don't think the finals will "die" per sé. The finals has the gameplay, has the hype, has the players now the beta is live. Fortnite will probably take some of them when they release their update, but i think once the novelty and nostalgia has passed, the finals will be revived again or at least gain the players. I have been playing it for like 40 hours and i never touched or like Fortnite so i could be wrong.

The official game of the finals came out, disappointed that my skins from OB didn’t transfer to the official but it’s understandable cause that would be giving away free money, I LOVE THIS GAME. I was thinking about buying the battle pass but I was scared it was gonna die. So I haven’t bought it yet, but I don’t think it will die but I case I’ll wait a few weeks/months until I buy it. I don't really know about it dying, but I can already see myself be like "oh no" to some of the new things happening to the finals. I guess I did expect too much from a game. The Finals is I mean, still fun. Even though it has a meta already, even though it has cheaters, even though it has basic advanced movement(or whatever) already, even though it has bad matchmaking, even though.. I mean its still good, right?? I really only hope for the best for the finals, since splitgate was one of my all time favorites, and I think is still very fun. I don't really know why it died. Even though I don't feel the same for the finals, there's probably some players considering it their no.1

I think The Finals is great but has some gameplay issues, mainly because going Lone-wolf into action will guarantee you death. This is a problem because if your team is missing a team member, then there's no way to win at that point because any fight at that point will either A) kill you, or B) leave you with 10 hp leaving you to die This is further a problem because the 2 current game modes available have a tight gameplay loop where you need a full team to succeed

Imma be honest. Splitgate just wasn't fun. It was too complicated (I know it really wasn't, but for new players it was) and it came out around the same time halo did if I'm not mistaken. We need a new competitive game like this. I hope it'll be fine.

different and fun, yes. gonna die also yes. 99% of folks i ask have never heard of the game, i ask alot of ppl across cod, halo, battlefield and the ocasional tarkov and only a few people has said yes. their marketing just isnt reaching alot of people but i could be wrong and i hope i am but we will see.

I think they need a mini tournament with streamers or KZbinrs from various fps community live valorant, cod, apex or battlefield . This game has little bits from all of these games so seeing a event like this would be awesome.

You do know the beta was reaching 100K+ people every day with highest peak being 260K people approx with call of duty most popular fps game, player count atleast on steam being 89K people last 24 hours peak. So I think it has reached the masses, and yes sure it mostly cause of it being new original and beta free, however I don’t seem to see how u think no one has heard of it besides the people that stick to one game and don’t try new games. Plus it being front page on ps5 and more… 🤷‍♂️ also the people you “asked” are gamers who are loyal to the game they play from experience with multiple of the communities.

You're assuming the finals playerbase are all fortnite players. The finals will probably die once the "new" effect wears off and everything becomes the same old stuff. Especially their unique gamemode. I would have rather had a copy pasted gamemode rather than this weird stuff.
