Hi John. Great video. I ❤ your humor. 👏👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂😆😆😆😁😁😁 I ❤ your "table" wood splitter. 🥰🙂😉👍🪵 Interesting jeep engine. I believe. You can get it running. Maybe. More trouble shooting. I can know you can. One way. Or Another way. Beautiful open fire pit. I used used a retired 1990s truck tire rim. 16 inches wide. I used old & broken red bricks for air flow. I made a old brick pad for that tire rim at our old Upstate N.Y house. Our last 18 yrs there. ( We lost our house. Due to a very high state tax bill in December/2011 Our nieghbor bought our house " dirt cheap." He paid our taxes. My best friend had us move into his 2nd home. Basically. It was located over the other side of the eastern hilly area. Our dirt & paved road is about 1 mile.) Then I used broken red brick for air flow opposite his 3 sided wrap around porch. We had many great night fires there. Over the N.Y. house. I had dead sumac trees. They're just as flammable as pitch pine. It create tiny sparks above the fire. Like a sparkle. ( We NEVER had a out of control fire. The grass had heavy dew on it. I was very careful. We were on a plateau area. We get windy anytime. I NEVER forget the cold front on one New Year Eve night. The sumac's sparks were dancing everywhere. During a 30 min snow squall. Then the wind roared in. I had a huge explosion of sparks. The was wet due to the snow squall. What a New Year that was. My mom & me agree. It's better watching the fire! Than the N.Y.C's ball drop! 👏👏👏👏😂😂😂😆😆😆😁😁😁 Have a good Tuesday morning John & Big Boss. 🥰🙂😉👍❤️💜🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🪵

John, I noticed the wood splitter seems to leave the last half-inch or so of the log attached making it so you have to manually pull it apart. I wouldn't want you to work so hard so I recommend welding half-inch thick metal strips on the pusher side, perpendicular to the sharp edge of the splitter side. This will allow the pusher to get the wood past the splitter and fully pull it apart.

It's amazing at how things work out sometimes. Years ago when I was working for Manny, Moe and Jerk in one of their automotive centers, we had a store manager who's wife drove her mustang from Baltimore to Ohio with a major oil leak, the motor seized and they had it towed back to our shop. We had a new service manager and he had me work on the engine with a 3 ft strong bar until I freed up the engine, then he had me dump one of those gallon cans of carb cleaner with the soaking basket inside into the crank case and run the motor for 5 minutes. Then drain it and add fresh oil, run it again for half hour then change it again, then fix the oil leaks and she put another 100K on it before getting another car. It's all about timing sometimes with locked up motors as long as it's not rust around the rings.

Well John, I tried to impart your wisdom in building a rim fire to Mary Burke the Irish gal with a New England accent and other accent body parts. I don't know if she's following you or not, but you may want to contact her through the comment section KZbin. She's a nice girl and doesn't get too upset with my off color remarks...lol. -Curt
