Over the last few weeks, I’ve watched hours and hours of your videos. I tried to do your method, by attempting to get them to meet you and build an emotional connection. This is not the way to go. He agreed to meet me to talk. When I got to his house, he was pretty cold and emotionless but eventually we started joking around like old times. I know you say not to bring up the relationship, but that ended up happening. This meet up resulted in me apologizing, begging and crying and he held me in his arms for a good 20 minutes to comfort me. It really gave me hope that maybe he’ll give me another chance. Nope. After I left, radio silence. The few times he did respond to me, he was extremely cold and mean, telling me he just wants to move on. I feel like I’m way back to square one and having to start NC all over. This is devastating

don't listen to music, otherwise that music with eternalise the grief (every time you re-hear it, you will get the same pain again)

I am at peace. The only thing going on is I was told there’s some kind of sabotage by somebody and I’m not sure what that is about and who to trust. That’s all.

Then that aspect doesnt apply to you. Glean what you need from this and dismiss the rest until you need it later. Clay is compassionate and knows his stuff.
