Great video! Sadly, my two-year relationship ended a month ago. The person I thought was the love of my life decided to leave, and I’m still deeply in love with him. I can’t stop thinking about him, and despite all my efforts to win him back, nothing has worked. I feel so frustrated and can’t imagine being with anyone else. Letting go of someone you love is incredibly hard. I went through a similar experience when my twelve-year relationship ended. I couldn't bear to lose him, so I did everything I could to rekindle our relationship. Eventually, I sought the help of a spiritual counselor, who guided us back together.

Today marks exactly 1 month and 1 day since the break-up, and here's my update. The beginning was tough, I felt lost and lonely. Since day one, I started journaling and kept believing that one day I'd feel better. I let my emotions flow freely, crying when needed and allowing myself to be angry. I also started meditating occasionally when I felt like my thoughts became too overwhelming. I made sure to go out of the house at least once every day because I know it's good for me personally, even if it was just for a walk or a trip to the supermarket. I met up with friends from time to time and visited family, even when I felt like complete shit while being with them. I preferred that to being home all the time. Suddenly, after sleepless nights, there came the first small moment when I didn't think about it at all. That's when I realized things were getting better. And it has been improving since then. Today, I can say that I'm doing well. I still feel a bit down in the mornings, but once I start my day and start doing my thing, that feeling fades away. I wouldn't say I'm completely over it, but it no longer dominates my daily spirit. I've reflected on the situation and learned more about myself and how to approach certain things differently in the future. I've set new goals for myself and I'm actively exploring and discovering more about who I am. I look forward to a bright future, and I hope the same for all of you. Remember, everything will be alright, just don't give up :)

@@Zuriii03 I'll give you an update once more :) I think it's been almost 5 months since the breakup. I've been believing every day that I'll eventually feel better, and it happened. I think after 2 months I actually got over it, and I'm genuinely doing great. I've built a pretty busy life for myself, made lots of new friends, and I am putting a lot of energy to my education. Occasionally, I still run into my ex since we share mutual friends and attend lectures on the same campus. But, encountering him doesn't stir any emotions.I don't feel sad or angry. I'm completely at peace with the situation, and I don't find myself thinking about or missing him at all. Keep going you're doing amazing. I though this idea was weird in the first place but I wrote a letter to myself like you suggested in your video, and it was such a relief. For those who tend to be really empathetic to others but not to yourself, please, try doing this. It will force you to write as you would to a friend. You know, the love you naturally give to others because it's obvious they deserve it. You deserve that love too.

Inshallah everyone realizes there is SO MUCH more to life than the person who “broke” our heart. I’m finally on the other side, but just know healing is a consistency thing and you WILL HEAL. every circumstance and characteristic of ur life is SUITED for your souls purpose. Our souls CHOSE to undertake this physical experience in order to heal itself. As Liz once said “we’re SUPPOSED to be getting our heart broken and learning”. Do life in wisdom, love, and joy. 💋💋And stop worrying about the “symbols” in the 3D. Before manifesting anything make sure ur manifesting good mental health, living life in connection to the true reality/soul, because what material/sp will matter if ur not feeling the source of what ur really chasing such as stability, safety, health, comfort
@skyesoto90292 жыл бұрын
I think that even tho it sucks when people use and betray us, at the end of the day we usually get over things we never thought we would a month or a year ago. We constantly evolve as souls on this earth and like tbh she’s right if I never went through betrayal loss death or abuse I wouldn’t be as knowledgeable or grateful for things that I have in life. Hardship brings mental and spiritual growth.

Now I understand, that my suffering was a blessing in disguise. It truly made me understand that it needed to happen, to elevate me into a person that I never thought was possible. I still continue to grow and the self love continues to pour out. The more I love myself, the more I love others. It's truly amazing. Whether you believe in God, the higher self or the universe, what Liz says is true. Life is a game and a test for you to reach into the highest loving person you could be. Honestly, every single thing in this video is so true. I've been going through a heartbreak (the 2nd one this year lol) and I think that it's important we keep doing bare minimum things while going through pain. I don't fight the pain anymore; I'm giving up being ashamed of it. What I do now is keep my workout/work/study/hobby routine *in spite of* it. Happiness and pain, nothing is permanent. There's that David Bowie song what says "turn and face the strange". It's easy to keep healthy, consistent habits and a positive outlook on life when everything's ok. Challenge comes when everything is falling apart. Focus that you're still here, you're still alive and breathing. What I'd say is the bare minimum - exercise and eat well. Even if you're not able to do anything else during this period of pain. As time goes by, start adding more and more - creative hobbies, breathwork, cold showers. You'll get there. And I'll be here cheering for you (and for myself as well) every step of the way :) We'll get through this!

I was once In a really dark place after a breakup from a “situationship”. And even though I needed to heal, I knew that I couldn’t lose anymore self respect and break no contact… So, I told myself: They don’t need to listem to you pour out your heart and get a reply from them, all you truly need to move on Is to be able to forgive yourself for having allowed that person Into your life and going through that. And that changed my perception of getting attached to situations that don’t necessarily end with closure

Honestly this year for me has been the first year I’ve gone through real heartbreak and lost someone I really cared for. I allowed my own trauma to become me and because of that I pushed a genuinely decent man away. After months of feeling sorry for myself, self sabotaging, and never allowing myself to grow and change as a form of punishment, I began to pull myself out of my rut. I analysed why I did what I did, made amends, stopped blaming others and for the first time in years, put myself first. I’ve failed a lot along the way, and probably will make more mistakes, but I know that the one thing I can always have in my control is my attitude and belief that things will work out okay.

You're genuine with a good heart. You share your life and advices we can ALL relate with. I know many social media influencers who only flaunt their luxurious lifestyles. Teaching us how to buy cars every month, change hair extensions every day... like, we don't need to hear it.

I am watching this with tears in my eyes. One of my close friends really left me out on something and even though it was unintentional, the fact that I was even "unintentionally left out" hurts. I know some things are really petty but when a person is important, even the petty things they do hurts. And I feel how I feel. I have learned not to let anybody gaslight me or talk me out with that, "You are so sensitive" and watching this video makes me feel so much better. Liz is really that elder sister of ours that takes good care of us. Thank you so much Liz. I pray for your well being and happiness. You're the most precious KZbinr to me. I am so glad I found you.

Completely agree. The moments of hurt generate the biggest shifts. I'm learning at this point to be able to recognise that even DURING the hurt which I never ever used to even consider. Anytime I listen to you speak it really brings me back to my highest self. Thank you for that :)

i was in this situationship a year ago and i genuinely liked him and thought he felt the same. he would tell me sweet things all the time while we were texting and would make me feel like the only girl in the world. however, he wouldn’t start any conversations with me irl and would walk past me like i didn’t exist. it hurt me yes, but i pushed it to the side bc of excuses i made for him. then one day, he told me he was talking to other girls the entire time when i thought i was the only one. it hurt so much, but i knew that the best thing for myself was to leave so i did. i erased every part of him from my phone, social media, etc. the next few months after that were full of healing and it wasn’t easy. sometimes i still think about it but it’s not like before. i take it as a lesson. now a year later, im in a much better place. im focusing on my education, going to the gym, eating better, and spending more time with loved ones without worrying about a boy. i’m grateful for the lesson that situation taught me :)

Same, he was taking me out on dates, I met his entire fam, he said he loved me. Then suddenly he told me he was seeing someone else. Then hit me with the “we were just friends”.
