Based your comments about Slowik I don't think he would be a good fit here at all, in fact it would be a disaster for both him and The Jets. The Jets and New York generally is not a place where players and coaches who have not done well elsewhere can come to regain their confidence and footing. Caley, Turner and Kubiak sound like better options of the names mentioned here.

@kdude259 күн бұрын
Nick Caley is my top choice then Klint Kubiak. Id pick thosd guys. Slowik i think wouldnt be the worst choice, but itd be a little, i guess nore risky than even Caley. I think Caley is the right one to go after. Whether we get him, i dont know. But im hoping for Caley. A name that just came up. Maybe not for a OC role, but maybe a QB coach role. Scott Tolzien is moving on from Dallas. Could Tolzien come to NY and reunite with Rodgers in some way. Tolzien played with Rodgers in GB. He knows what Aaron likes to do. What hes like. If Glenn prefers to keep Rodgers around, woukdnt someone like Tolzien be a guy that can provide insight for Glenn and the rest of the staff? Now im not saying complete build the offense around Rodgers and make him the focal point. Completely changing the way the new OC would run the offense. But to just give them insight. Just an interesting thought.

Rossini often cites league sources, so who knows? I am sure Elhai is saying ' no,no that is too much, i can get a hot bargain on the 2nd assistant to the gm's coffee getter, only cost us a bunch of grapes and a bag of peanuts' Hackett is an experienced oc, so is downing. As a Texans fan you can have him. Demeco fired his friend. He obviously took into account of injuries and stuff but the offense just looked like a 💩 show the whole season.
