You are doing such a fine job on the fresh stamp steel panels of the cab. It's looking so sweet. Thank you for sharing.

It's nice to have good aftermarket support for things like this truck.

What is great about this C10 project is the care you are taking to put it back together for an even better truck than it was in the first place. Every weld, new parts and care in installation shows your determination to do the work right. Nice Job Josh!!

This truck should outlast me at this point!

Yeah the Panel Bond will not like mig welding at all, Spot welding it will handle I do it all the time. I know the pain of aftermarket parts fitting issues. She is looking AWESOME Josh. This build is so exciting. Thanks for sharing the fun. 😃

Great video! You have an almost new cab. Long videos are good. It’s gonna be a nice truck!

That is pretty good work. I loved the Kilmat beneath that roof skin like encapsulated in.. That will probably insulate heat too. Definitely something even the factory wouldn't do. I can see it deadening road noise too. Neato Makes me feel like my noisy plow rig is missing something.

The original inner roof had a piece of felt in it from the factory, but since the inner structures were all bare metal everything rusted from the inside out.

@QuickSpeedShop uggg sad to think how many would possibly still be around if they galvanized steel more often back then

Now all car bodies are dipped in primer baths because cars last so much longer in use, but back then trucks were cheap, work vehicles. Longevity, most certainly not for restoration, wasn't even a consideration.

Built not Bought... build is looking awesome! Can't wait to see the finished truck. I'm currently rebuilding a 1970 C10 with similar issues.
