Will this 1986 SVO Mustang run after 6 years of sitting? - TIPS03E42

If you remember earlier in the summer I went to look at a 1986 SVO with a friend of mine. Well the other week my Cousin Jeff bought the rare SVO that has been parked and not run in almost a decade! He brought it over to the shop after he picked it up so we could check it over and we managed to get it running!

Nice to see another Canadian SVO. Mine is an 84 and is actually a pretty early production unit. I picked it up in Calgary and dragged it back to Moose Jaw in 2013. Mine is a little rough because it lived a hard life. It was not only ridden hard and put away wet it was also crashed by the previous owner who was using it for his winter beater.

Thank you you just verified what I thought was wrong with my fox, it is doing the same thing with the knocking sound running on starting fluid and not staying running my fuel pump was even coming on but just too weak then Nothing,

That spoiler is unreal, just massive. Front lower arms Ive never seen before either. I know this model did well in SCCA and Saleen pretty much dominated in the Ranger. Probably what they ran +/- adj.

I have one more video to release but for now she's in storage until spring. I promised to take the family for a ride in the spring.. Then the motor needs to come out to fix the frame rail.

Many of my cars are still in that shop (Texas). With COVID I have limited myself to Canada for now and not to travel back and forth. I'll get back down there though as I have a lot of set-up to do etc!
