Yes, but at the same time we need to call out these terrible and shady repair people. They give good people, like Joey, a bad rep. I've got a local store to me that is a game store and they also do repairs. They've been doing repairs for years. And it's the only place I'll take my consoles. I actually got my cat from him too. My series x just popped and shut off one day. My consoles go and stay in the same spot, I don't move them. So I never have an issue with ports. But they found a cap on the 12v rail that failed somehow and they had my console done in less than a day. And it's been perfect ever since. But man do we have shady people doing "repairs" around me.

IPA unsticks hot glue so easy .it so easy to remove and doesn't need to be melted.

he was knocking out 2 things at once when he used the heat gun, he needed to remove the HDMI port anyways, so he just pulled both at once

Hot glue comes off without heat! Just use IPA and the glue simply pops off.

I think an interesting statistic to add to the spreadsheet is something like an "hours spent per dollar profit." Like if you had worked on a product for 2 hours and made $50 profit, you would have $25/hour. Is this entirely useful? Not really but it would be interesting to see if the profit gained was worth the hours spent on a repair~

Hi Joey. i need you to clear up a mystery. You said you will sell the console for 250 pounds and you bought it 140 plus 0.50 hdmi port. My math tells me that the profit should be 109.50 pounds not 87.00. This happens in almost all your videos and i am curious how you calculate. Your profit on Sally would be even higher.
