Will this once ABANDONED 1964 Galaxie 500 be back on the road after 34 Years with a new engine?

We just rebuilt our 428 FE big block. We assembled it here in our playlist on the Project Mud Bomber, 1964 Galaxie 500. We ran the 428 on the run stand. And, now we install it in our NASCAR inspired Galaxie and go for its first test drive. It's been a long, stressful process up to this point since we had so many failures up to this point. Follow along as we try to bring this project from derelict to running, driving car again.

Two things. Months to get new pistons. And, farmers whining about their irrigation pump engines taking more than a week to get rebuilt.

Hi sir. I'm restoring a 1965 ltd fast back I live in New Zealand. I'm putting a 428 in mine and I noticed it has the same dipstick plug in the side of the block as yours. How do I remove this pug? Any tips you can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I just flipped the engine over on the engine stand and knocked it out with a punch.

Nope, sorry, but the 4 door box tops are far more rare, they only made 12,000 of them total. Same for the 63, the 4 door box tops are the rarest.
