Maybe you bottled up alot of stuff which now gets out only sometimes but way to intense when it finnaly does. Hell, perhaps your old man does the same. Maybe the anger is only an effect of bottling up to much. If it really bothers you, look for professional help. Mental wellbeing has so many more effects on us then we'll ever realise. It shouldn't be such a stigma

I think my grandmother has her hands on me from beyond the grave. She was a single mother in Jamaica back when it was a colony. She denied herself shoes so my mom and her brothers could have shoes. When they grew up they'd send her as much shoes as they could but it was always "save it for a special occasion" with her. I wear things until they are rags then I wear them some more until I'm made to stop. I wear out my sneakers and don't those stuff out until it completely done. The thing is that I currently have 4 pairs of shoes and a ton of shirts. I've never experienced her level of poverty but I sometimes act like it.

I've begun to notice that I do a similar thing with my clothing, but it was more out of necessity in my early youth. My mom was a single parent for most of my childhood so looking back, I'm sure money was rather tight at times. As a result, I'd often continue to wear certain articles of clothing long after I'd outgrown them, to the point of being noticeably uncomfortable and leaving red, indented markings in my skin. It didn't help that my mother would do laundry fairly inconsistently before I knew how to do my own, so I'd sometimes have to re-wear the same pair of pants for 3 days as long as they smelled fine and had no significant stains. Even as I've gotten older, I'm still a bit hesitant to buy myself new clothes even when I know I need them. It's a difficult habit to break, but I aim to work on it going forward.

The answer is, too much. I had to go through years of therapy to purge the horrible traits I'd absorbed from my mother's toxic bullshit. Now I just kinda take after my dad in some ways, but not so much in others. I did inherit her severe depression - and her abuse inflicted upon me may have been different than the abuse she'd suffered growing up, but she sure did repeat the cycle.

I love the bits of comedy with Illy 😂😂 yeah, Blocko, learning is fun...even if sometimes it hurts to learn so much... I am planning to break the cycle of my parents. They got married at a young age and without much planning, so much that even my father confessed to me that my older brother wasn't planned to be conceived at the right time. I think he also got tired of being a father, so much that he progressively stopped sharing his story and his time with us...and that hurts, but I am still grateful for everything he does for us. My mom is very dependent on him, but I also am working in getting my own income so I won't be a dependent household person like her. And I like to share time with friends and family, even in those times where it is a bit hard to do so due to the pandemic and the general anxiety I feel in this critical point of my life. I know I got this. Sometimes it is hard, but being able to laugh it off makes it more manageable. 😊✨

My family has had a history of having mental disorders, like my uncle, who has autism, my mom doesn't know if she has anything, and there's me, with autism and ADHD. My mom's brother some time back had down syndrome too. And he also had something wrong with his heart. I'm not so sure about my grandparents or great grandparents, but it's probably likely they had something too.

Can you do a video on Hells Itch and other effects of a bad sunburn? I currently am getting over it and I just want to know more about this painful thing, and to also bring awareness of what the really bad stuff would happen when you get a sunburn. If you don't mind that would be great

I look a lot more like my grandpa and my mom, I love my mom a lot but I dont really like my dad because of his anger issues and I have those issues but its better and easier to control the older I got. I'm 18 now and it's way harder to make me mad, I do not wanna be like my father so I forced myself to try not to be but I still have some down sides.

this confuses me a bit actually, my parents are literal polar opposites: my mom only likes slow quiet music and my dad only likes loud fast music, pretty much classical vs punk which is uh, not similar at all... i guess i do prefer punk, but ever since i was little i had a large fear of my mom's screaming and of her whenever she was holding a knife, not sure why, cause it never is that way when im around my dad, although my dad doesn't scream. My mom is definitely not afraid of knives or yelling, she just has a huge fear of spiders and anything she mistakes for spider, my dad on the other hand, i got no idea, i also have autism i guess, and i have been wondering lately if maybe my dad has autism like me, lack of facial expressions for one, also does stimming and a bit sensitive to sound which in my opinion is surprising about both of us because our favorite genre just so happens to be the loudest genre of music. On looks i got my dad's hair and my mom's eyes and on other parts, i suppose for the most part my dad, and i must have inherited my dad's healthiness somehow, cause my mom has a bunch of genetic disease and hundreds of allergies, yet somehow i have none of those. other than that i guess on the subject of generational trauma, perhaps depression, mistrust and anxiety which i apparently have severe anxiety according to my doctors. Other than that i think i somehow inherited my dad's friendliness and neutrality towards people he doesnt know and my mom's distrust in everyone around her, at least i didnt inherit my mom's attitude of: IM BETTER THAN EVERYONE AND I HATE EVERYONE AROUND ME SO I WILL TALK BEHIND THEIR BACKS FOR 6 HOURS OR MORE EACH DAY TO KEEP AWAY MY INSECURITIES ABOUT MYSELF! other than that i feel like my mom is manipulative and i dont think i inherited that at least, maybe my dad's willingness to help others in need which at times can make us both gullible unfortunately.
