Imagine you lost 2 million dollars last year and only have 100k in the bank left and Mark Cuban says he's willing to help.

what they dont teach these guys is that they can set up a buy back program where they would have given mark the 20 percent and bought back the 15 percent for a million and he still gets to keep his 5 percent... They could have also done a disbursement from a future raise, to pay back initial investors at a certain bench mark... There are so many ways they could counter but when you dont know, you just dont know

You realise you basically doubled the value that mark calculated for the company (in his opinion) I can't see him saying OK I was off by 100%. More than likely mark gives himself a buffer of around 30-40% to play with in his negotiation process...

I hope Mark helps them-I've tracked this company for a few years. Making headwraps this easy is really clever. I finally bought some wraps on November 17th. BUT it's December 2 and they JUST SHIPPED. Ground rate not priority😭😭😭 They've flooded my email with daily spam for the past 2 weeks. I JUST WANT MY HEADWRAPS DAMMIT.😭 I sell on eBay and my shop would get shut down if I waited 2 weeks to ship. Most customers will find this wait intolerable.
