My laptop cannot run Windows 11, so it won't run windows 12 and I do think this is a total rip off to customers.

No windows 12 is not just around the corner. It's not even in development 24H2 is the next big update and 25H2 will follow that.

Thank you for your comment! Windows 12 is expected to be released later this year, with Windows 24H2 anticipated to launch in October. When Windows 11 was released, updates for Windows 10 were still provided. Going forward, Microsoft will focus solely on Windows 11 and Windows 12. Additionally, I think 25H2 will be exclusively for Windows 12 if it releases in 2025.

An Intel Core i3 11th Gen with 8GB of RAM should be able to run Windows 12, but the performance might not be optimal for all tasks. Windows 12 is expected to have similar or slightly higher system requirements than Windows. I think microsoft will surprise us
