Its no joke, friends and i love driving up there for the tunnels and relative proximity… but quick elevation gains in short distances, absolutely no cell signal except small pockets round residential… unpredictable weather cause of all the systems that go over the steep mountains and valleys… be prepared!

quick correction for those who aren't from this area, the Angeles national forest, though it shares a name with Los Angeles, is not Los Angeles. it's close, very close. when you've grown up here it's easy to take for granted being able to hit the slopes in the morning then catch the sunset at the beach in the evening. solid video 🙏

Meanwhile in Minnesota we are getting no snow. Great photos you captured! What film stocks did you use? I've found that Ektar and Gold are really great winter / snow stocks to shoot. I have a video where I compared 30 different film stocks in the winter / snow.
