Dang you made that look easy. I just did one last night.....I let it dry a little longer than normal and had trouble turning it fur side out again. It only dried a few hours before turning too! Not over night.

Yes sir he sure has, many years of experience there, thank's ..!!

You welcome, the marten board is 1/4 inch thick, are your boards straight / smooth as in not wavy, I know someone who's board was a bit wavy on the sides & had the same problem, they had to dampen the pelt to get him of the board. Not fun when your messing around with a $100 + pelt ..lol Thank's again ..William

The biggest I have caught this season is 67 cm on the stretcher. That's 26.3 inches. 1,89 kg. If he only was dark.... What did your $210 marten look like and how big was he? What do you do with a marten with green belly?

Thank's, no mink is left leather out, with mink you need to make a inspection window, the grader uses this window to feel the fur on the backside since he can not see it ..!! I may do a vid on making a inspection window, it may be helpful ..!!

No, leave the leather out, you make a inspection window in mink, because the grader can't see the fur he uses the inspection window to feel the fur on the backside.

As long as he's over 23 inches, 2XL that's all the matters......... I had 3 go $210, 2 were (2XL,Select,HVY,XDK - DK BRN) 1 was (2XL,1,HVY,XKD - DK) I don't think theres any thing you can do with green belly, best is try & avoid it ..
