By this time next year, William will turn the second Taylor-Dunn into a time machine. His only issue is that he took a bunch of mushrooms before going 30 years into the past. 6:38 YOOOO the Z-Corp 3D-printer I worked with one of those in college. It has a corn starch tub that could lower on z-axis. Those little tanks are colored glue that get inkjet printed onto the starch, then the tub lowers one layer, a fresh layer of corn starch is layed down and the process repeats. This was called "binder jetting" and when it was finally done you'd dig the part out the tub of dust. And try not to break the part. Wheee I don't think we had a support contract on it and i had to flush out the print head every time it sat for a while but somehow we could still get a print out of it now and then. The cool thing about it was that it could print in color years before easy multi-filament got going with FDM.
