Before you even started talking about age, I was thinking about how you're way better looking than me, and I'm in my 20s. I like the Roald Dahl thing - can't quote, but it was about kind people getting more beautiful over time, as their kindness shone through, and meanness becoming more visible in a**holes over time. *Spoiler* Maybe it’s been commented before: but this was for the Great Gatsby movie, and played with scenes about a married female character in love with another man who he almost moved mountains for her, and after showcasing this love story, at the end to avoid a scandal she runs away with her assbag husband, not even showing any emotion for her then dead lover, it’s the most narcissistic portrayal I’ve seen and I think because the song was played multiple times before that it created this eerie gross feeling in the pit of my stomach from the disappointment and shredding every glimmer of hope for the relationship, almost to anger and disgust,it’s really something that you can experience differently with the Movie. I love your lyrical comments and story too 💖 Side note: I still don’t know why this is the most liked song by Lana for some people, she has so much more songs that I think are miles better but people need to just dip into her sound more.
