aye, as a linebacker, or any position really. to train the act of keeping uour feet moving, you can do the ladder, but every drill is timed for 1 to 2 minutes. so when your in game and you only gotta keep your feet moving for maximum 10 seconds at a time, its easy.

Damn we (me and my son 12yr old) could have used this and PREVIOUS 1 4 weeks ago. Hes a fb / slot wr or tight end and qb. But on defense has alot to learn. So at linebacker he was lost compared to hiw well he does offensive side. Also he could always find ball so with these drills ot will help next season

Use your Imagination, and whatever you got whether it's cones. Choose bags. You gotta use your imagination anyway to believe what you see. And then when you see it because you're imaginated, you can attack it
