We built our home at MBV with QuadLock (insulated concrete forms) and the construction is almost complete. Small home (2 bed/2 bath). It will be an 8-9 month build.

Thanks for this video. I know build costs have a huge range depending on many factors. If building a 2 bed concrete 2 floor structure on a 4th row, If I said $100 a sq ft can you say no chance youncan build for that. Or is that nunber $150? Is there a price per sq ft you could say is a middle ground or somewhat to be expected? Juat to give me a starting point to think about. Thanks
