For those that don’t know Jahnavi Harrison is a Bhakti singer associated with the Hare Krishna movement. Bhakti is love and Kirtan is a form of praising the Lord and surrendering. Lord Krishna has many pastimes including killing the Keshi demon which represents obstacles in life. Thus one of his names is Keshavam. I hope this offers some insight to the intrigued. It can be difficult to follow and get into, speaking from experience. Best advice is to read it with some form of guide or teacher, check out the 'Wisdom of the Sages' podcast. They break it down in such a way that is very easy to follow and it's a great listen!
