Baking powder is natrium bicarbonate. The natrium would make you thirsty and the carbonate will neutralize acid. it keeps your blood pH more constant instead of it getting more acidic. Which keeps the affinity for oxygen of the blood higher for longer.

Zyns (Zonnic is the brand name here) aren't banned in Canada, they're just only available at pharmacies (not OTC but you don't need a prescription). It's dumb, I used to buy them at the convenience store for the six months or so they weren't controlled. Nicotine should in theory lower your pump because it causes vasoconstriction (narrows ur blood vessels). That's why taking nicotine pouches is kinda of a bad idea before cardio. It is probably really bad idea to take it during stuff like heavy deadlifts too especially if ure already getting dizzy from them. But the mental clarity and focus strong nicotine pouches give you is indeed unmatched.

the cialis thing is interesting. When I took for a workout, I had a buddy of mine swear by it for pumps, so I took some, and day that I took it I felt nothing different, and was quite disappointed. THE NEXT DAY THOUGH, it was insane. I had tricep veins and a horizontal vein in my bicep popping, and it was just a bench day. If you havnt at least tried cialis for the gym once, I recommend.

I was just in the hospital for severe alcohol withdrawal.
