What I've learnt as I get older (now 39) the vast majority of people don't use their body to their max potential or look after themselves anywhere near how they should. The point is, don't let other people's display of their age dictate how you think yours should be; you're capable of so much more.
@GraveUypo3 ай бұрын
just don't overdo it. power-lifting and all these exaggerated stuff is actually bad for your health, just like any sport at too high of a level. your body starts to accumulate damage and that will show badly with age. that's why there aren't many gray-haired former world class athletes. moderation in everything. aim for health, not numbers or looks.

The Gospel, which means the Good News is the news that God Almighty, the Creator came in the flesh as Jesus Christ to take away the sin of the world. The one God is a trinity of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. The Son came and laid down his own life to save ours. His sacrifice on the cross paid the price for our redemption with his own blood. On the third day he rose from dead and offers the gift of salvation and forgiveness to those that repent and trust in him. John 1:1,14 KJV In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. [14] And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, and dwelt among us, 1 John 3:8 KJV He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil. Isaiah 9:6 KJV For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty GOD, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. John 1:10 He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and THE WORLD KNEW HIM NOT. You literally just popped into my recommended and hour ago with the strict curl challenge, and I have been binging your vids since. More of these one-on-one challenges would be awesome! Also, you can tell us if the reason you did all this is to take April on a donut-date at the end.

WTG April, you're awesome I love your whole attitude and your amazing personality. I'm 55 former bodybuilder,, but have been out of it since I was 24 due to a severe back injury while doing squats. After multiple surgeries and rods and screws I live in pain 24/7, but just watching and hearing early in the video you were facing a serious health problem you made me feel like I could get back in the gym going very light of course, but at least get back to doing something that I loved so much. So thank you and I wish you all the luck with your continued training and competitions. God Bless.😇💯
