Buy the Sega Cd version on Ebay. The cd is playable as a music cd in any cd player.

Monkey island (1 and 2) support it. the MT32 is amazing with MI1, but not so much with MI2, where you're probably better with one of the laster soundblasters like the AWE64.

Where can I get mp3s of the mt-32 version? All I can anywhere are midis of the Adlib version... =(

AdLib sounds nice, but it's just not as epic as MT-32. If only they still made games compatible with it :| ._.
