According to a youtuber called Crazy4Games who is also big fan of this game, he found old unused voice clips of all the Coney characters who gave you missions to do. I watched the video and it was interesting. After the missions were over you'd originally hear from them more often, I guess like an epilogue sort of similar San Andreas's missions as well, thanking them for your help and would've gave the player more advice about various equipment like the police cuffs, and hitting all kinds of flash, even Hobos would praise the player's help and promise to owe the warriors. Another example was one of the characters Jasper who thanks the Warriors for getting creepy Amphibian costume and also thinks of coming over to the hangout in the unused files and wants a vest.

I especially relate to Jasper. I’ve worked as a costumed mascot character, and people tend to be very crappy towards us. Fortunately I’ve never gotten beaten up and had my costume stolen, but when they find out I’m a woman inside the costume, they tend to get a bit “handsy” with me. It’s because of stuff such as this and what can happen to Jasper, as well as the fact those costumes are hard to see and hear out of that now there are attendants to help out the costumed mascots.

Honestly, the only thing that sucked about the Coney Free roam was how fucking small it was, you should have been able to run around or ride the actual Wonder Wheel and Cyclone and have rumbles on the boardwalk and beach, they could've made it work.

You can cheese the turf invasion missions with a knife from the dealers, they deal ridiculous damage. Weapons and recruited gang members are the only things you can find in coney that will aid you in missions. And also If your knife breaks you can have another one carried by your npc teammate or find a butcher's knife from the meat shop, they are also strong weapons.

There's a glitch where you if beat up enough people to activate rage it will remove the blind screen mode after you took the flash hits.
