Thank you for the amazing video! I just think there was a mistake with the ATP7B Gene, as it codes for a transport protein for copper. Apoceruloplasmin can still be found in the blood tests at elevated levels as the protein still exists, there is just no copper bound to it. :)

Amazing vdo👍❤️😉 But my reference is from Robbins 9th edition pg-850 It defines that ATP7B gene codes for ATPase, a copper transporter and not for ceruloplasmin which is a globulin. Could u plz explain which one's right? I mean which protein does it code for.

I have a minor correction: The disease being autosomal recessive mens that each one of the offspring has a 25% chance of having the disease, it doesn't mean that 25% of the offspring will have the disease.
