I have been wearing a copper bracelet for about four months now. I have noticed an improvement in my arthritis symptoms and an increase in energy. Some studies suggest copper can be absorbed through the skin. Wearing copper and drinking orange juice has helped me greatly.

Copper saved my life. After years of Zinc supplements I ended up jn hospital and was a complete physical wreck. I had severe iron disregulation/ overload. I discovered Zinc had caused severe low Copper situation. After stopping zinc and taking 2 mg Copper daily i has restored health. Zinc should never be taken without Copper and not on a daily basis, best to take off and on ...😊

How long did it take your health to be restored ? I'm in the same predicament, took zinc supplements for years because I initially had zinc deficiency and heard about testosterone benefits from it. However I ended up with a copper deficiency too. I decided to never take supplements again. To fix my copper deficiency, I switched to a whole food plant based diets with lots of black beans regularly, like 1000 grams of black beans and kale ... I completely stopped taking any supplement including the damn zinc. Do you know how long it will take for my health to be restored ? how long did it take you to feel like your normal self again ?

@@smrockerfeller9897 so it looks like you had a similar experience to me...I would say firstly to stop all supplements. Because of long term Zinc intake you could take 1 or 2 mg of Copper for several weeks to re balance the Zinc / Copper ratio a little quicker but just stopping Zinc alone will be enough to let your body heal...zinc is best taken in a balanced mineral formula rather than in isolation...never take any supplements on a daily basis especially trace minerals such as zinc and Copper...I now take a balanced mineral formula every 3 or 4 days ...if you decide to take a zinc supplements then you must take Copper...2 mg Copper with 15 or 20 mg zinc approximately...more supplements does not mean more health benefits and zinc taken long term without Copper will have a negative impact on Testosterone and cause a host of health issues...eat real whole foods and you will get adequate nutrition and only take supplements occasionally or off and on...supplements tax your liver and Kidneys too ...

Despite it being a long chain saturated fat, stearic acid does acutally not show direct or indirect harmful (or potentially harmful) effects (like increasing cardiovascular mortality/events or increasing ApoB or LDL-C levels). SCD1 however does also act on palmitic acid, which does impact blood lipids.

test blood copper and cerulplasmin levels, you can supplement copper if low or moderate. copper supplements can also lower zinc and vitamin C, so Zinc can be taken, just not at the same time(10-15mg zinc for 1 mg of copper)

You can have both copper deficiency and copper toxicity at the same time if your body is not transporting copper to where it needs to be in the body making it accumulate from lack of transport. Basically, you don’t have copper in the places you need it but it is accumulating where you don’t need it because it isn’t being transported in the body. I think vitamin A is one that transports copper, but there could be other things that transport it too

Hi, can you please check on the PROPORTIONS between CUPPER and ZINC? I see here in your video that you got 6 Cupper ( screen view 9:48 ) . I saw in the other video, one lady maybe doctor or scientist was mentioning about intake for 8 CUPPER : 1 ZINC. So, perhaps my information could trigger some experimental lab engineers that you might be forgotten about the maybe ORGANIC chemistry of their CHEMICAL COMPOUNDS of DECAY part as ANTI-MATTERS to "interpret" that in other words slimy liquid forms of FUSION. Since we are COMMUNICATING about on the part of the HEALTH concerns of our internal health part and NOT communicating about the other things of referring to other COMMUNICATION of the LANGUAGE 😳, so yah... perhaps you might have report on the RATIO of the COMPOUNDS later to correct it. It's like you baked cookies at home and you ate your share in between for the testing 🤫, and then telling others that you got 6 cookies left....kind of... 🤔🙄 that things happened. Anyway, thank you for your informative lessons! You have beautiful hand writings and nice sense with the color combinations! As far as I figured out that I belong to the special "family group" and it seems among that type of the family group, my little tenants of the body from within COMMUNICATES to teach me where these microorganisms have been living in the past centuries during the evolutionary discoveries of their years... I know that it sounds like crazy, but that it has been ONLY logical and explainable reasons to know on why these little tenants are introducing themselves to me to be able to find their need through like decoding together as CO-EXISTANCE. Yah, I know it sounds crazy, but if I could REVERSE pains and whatever the suffering EXPERIENCE as actually healthy individual before the vaccinations, through the effort of the vaccinations, of course the intention of the vaccinations made for EARLY PREVENTION EFFORTS against unknown infectious disease. Right? At least I have been asking the right questions to some of the natural science students and of course the other fields of science from wherever I got all the hints in life so far. At this point, I can't say on how things are connected or related. Anyway , thank you. Your film is great and it is helping me to understand lessons that I didn't have a chance to learn in school "to be able to understand your field of subjects' technical terms and VOCABULARIES." 😊❤
