I always tell customers that I take a very light approach to cleaning leather. After explaining the risk aspect to them, I've never had anyone complain about the end result.

If a chemical is adding damage to damaged material wouldn’t that be cause enough to modify the dilution ratio rather than altering the application… nice explanation of the challenges presented for this type of material. Cheers 🎉
