Love the way the camera decided to focus to see Jamie's ball drop on the last!! You should definitely do some more videos with Jamie, a winning combination there James! 👍🏻

James you are a good player because you do the right things and you practice to improve your swing. Keep your head up after bad shots! Just because you have one bad shot does not mean the next one is going to be or has to to be bad! Stay positive my friend and take it shot by shot!

That was fun guys. I played there last August for the first time and am coming back next July ( from Canada) to play it twice more ( along with St Enodoc and St Mellion). I am going to try Jamie's pre-shot routine as I tend to release the club early sometimes. I like the editing of the vlog. Well done and thanks again.

Glad you enjoyed it, you're in for a treat at St. Mellion as well. Very tough Nicklaus design, great course though
@jessbush10174 жыл бұрын
@@JamesWiltshire Played it last summer too- in my top 5. Not a traditional Nicklaus course. Would love to see you and Jamie tackle it sometime. You both are talented athletes -stick with it. I saw a video with Iona S. when she played with a pro and she asked a technique question and he answered- just be an athlete. Sometimes golfers get too technical and I try to remember that admonition- be an athlete out there. Unlike most of us, you have all the talent in the world. Good luck mate.

I think you know that with a little more time you could have easily achieved what Jamie did, and that you learned a bit. In my estimation, the biggest thing was going against advice and choosing to chip instead of putting. Knowing the greens would have put it right beside the hole. This is huge in your development. Confidence with those wedges everywhere will knock the number down considerably. Keep at it.

Question, James. Your practice swings tend to take a much wider arc around your body than when you are doing it for real. With the swing changes you are making, which one are you trying to achieve? Love the content - Trevose looks amazing...

Just shows how different the score is with only slight differences, all he does better than you James is he can consistently control the club face with his release, you can’t for a whole round that’s all, sort that and you would be a great player
