​@@cheeesysandwich a famous series of cartoons known as Looney Toons/Merry Melodies by Warner Brothers featuring characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and other characters, used the closing tag line of "That's All Folks!" at the end of their cartoons. "Rat's All Folks!" is parodying that. For the other one, there was a popular TV show called "Murder, She Wrote" starring Angela Lansbury, a well known American actress, in which the main character was a mystery writer who actually solved murders (that seemed to happen unexpectedly often). Again, "Murder, She Roach" is a parody of that.

It's actually insane the extent to which Bob can make "I brewed some beer with this man" sound insanely unrealistic next to "I pulled him out of a hat when he was a baby" You could give him the most normal prompt next to the weirdest thing ever and he makes it sound the least believable, and I think the scenario writers know this and don't even need to try to write it weird because he has that part covered
