Man, Will, all 3 of those looked amazing! I love split pea soup so the first one l really enjoyed. I don't like carrots but I absolutely love leeks, so I would at least try the second one, but the third one? Words will not suffice. I wanted to take a big spoon and reach right into my tablet screen and eat it! It was a work of art in a bowl. Everything about it made it look more delicious. I made a butternut squash puree. I used it as a pasta sauce, kept some squash sauteed small chunks. I used sage with it my wife was just ok with it. I loved it. Well I made to much puree and asked my wife if she could make a soup with it. She is better at soups then me. She made added curry to the soup. It was so delicious.
